Abstract: In order to identify the interactive dissemination rules of the multiple public opinion information (POI) in major emergencies and make the intervention decisions more pertinently, an intervention model of interactive dissemination is proposed. The model integrates the characteristics of the unequal competition of multiple POI, expands the existing intervention model of the single POI dissemination, and could analyze the intervention measures from the global perspective of the interactive dissemination. Abstract: In order to deeply study the motion behavior of vehicles in the rear-end collision, a vehicle rear end collision accident model is established in the PC-Crash simulation environment. It can generate the feasible trajectories that conform to the characteristics of the car body model and satisfy the various constraints.
