This research aims to study a process of steeping in the n-heptane, used for reducing the migration of additives contained initially in toys for babies plasticized with di-octylphtalate (DOP) based on poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) and stabilized with epoxidized sunflower oil (ESO). Two formulations were carried out at different levels of DOP plasticizers (15% and 45%). The migration tests were conducted in the synthetic saliva in the absence and in the presence of α-amylase with or without agitation at 37° C for 1, 3, and 6 h. Novel compounds based on the 1,2,4-triazole skeleton were synthesized. A class of 4-amino-5-alkyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3- thione created by reaction of thiocarbohydrazide with long-chain aliphatic carboxylic acids, and then the Schiff bases were obtained in the media of heat and microwave waves, in the presence and the absence of a catalyst. Their chemical structures were assayed by elemental analysis, also device spectroscopic methods.

Puerarin-coated gold nanoparticles (PUE-AuNPs) synthesized via green synthetic route, a new colorimetric sensor, efficiently detected the ciprofloxacin (CP) in tap water and cow milk samples. The PUE-AuNPs were characterized by UV-visible, FTIR, AFM, and DLS techniques and were found to be spherical with an average size of approximately 19-20 nm. FTIR spectrum confirms that functional groups such as -OH, -C=O, -CO and -C=C were responsible for the reduction of gold (III) chloride trihydrate. The aqua-bis(ethylenediamine)-chloro-copper(II) chloride complex, [Cu(en)2 (H2O)(Cl)]Cl (1), was synthesized by direct interaction of CuCl2×2H2O with pepa (pepa is a polyethylenepolyamine containing ethylenediamine (en)). The crystalline complex 1 was characterized by IR spectra and structurally studied. Crystals of this complex consist of the [Cu(en)2(H2O)(Cl)] + discrete cations, whose Cu2+ ion is chelated by two en molecules. The vic-dioximes are compounds with various industrial uses and scientific applications. Many coordination compounds have been synthesized based on vic-dioximes. This study presents the synthesis and full characterization of two vic-dioximes based on dichloroglyoxime, p-aminobenzoic acid, and p-aminotoluene. Their structures were proved by IR, 1H, 13C and 15N NMR spectral analysis, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The molecular structure of bis(2-isobutyrylamidophenyl)amine (H3LNNN) has been determined from single-crystal X-ray diffraction data. The crystal packing of H3LNNN is governed by the N-H...O and C-H...O hydrogen-bonding and C-H...π stacking interactions between the vicinal molecules. The intermolecular interactions in the crystal structure of H3LNNN have been also examined via Hirshfeld surface analysis and fingerprint plots. In this study, colloidal CdS quantum dots were synthesized, structurally characterized, and their effect on performance of perovskite solar cells was observed by using them as interface modification agent between TiO2/perovskite. Colloidal CdS quantum dots were synthesized based on two-phase method and characterized by X-ray diffraction and Transmission Electron Microscopy techniques. The present paper describes in situ green immobilization of silver nanoparticles on MnFe2O4@SiO2-Ag nanospheres using Epilobium parviflorum (EP) without using any other toxic chemicals and reducing or stabilizing agents. The catalytic activity of poly(N-vinylimidazole), a biocompatible and biodegradable synthetic functional polymer, was investigated for the synthesis of oximes as an efficient, halogen-free, and reusable heterogeneous catalyst. The corresponding oximes were afforded in high to excellent yields at room temperature and in short times using the planetary ball mill technique. Mesoporous polyethylene glycol (PEG)/silica and carbon black (CB)/silica xerogel composites were prepared by the sol-gel method as an adsorbent for CO2 adsorption. The CO2 adsorption process was carried out under pure CO2 atmosphere at room temperature in addition to ambient air. The xerogel composites with high surface area and pore volume showed better CO2 adsorption capacity than the pure silica xerogel. After modifying samples with propylene diamine using the wet impregnation method, an increase in CO2 adsorption capacity was observed for the samples except CB/silica xerogel composite. A general synthetic method was improved to synthesize a chemosensor based on a tripodal Bodipy (t-BODIPY) structure. The product and its intermediate products were successfully prepared and fully characterized. The metal ion sensing performance of the tripodal compound was evaluated by UV/Vis and fluorescence spectroscopies. According to the obtained data, t-BODIPY is a selective and sensitive fluorescence probe for detection of Cu2+ ions in the presence and in the absence of competing ions. Titanium dioxide/phthalocyanine (TiO2/Pc), TiO2/fluor containing phthalocyanine (TiO2/FPc), and TiO2/fluor containing cobalt phthalocyanine (TiO2/FCoPc) had been successfully fabricated by a simple combination of phthalocyanines obtained by in-situ synthesis on the surface of TiO2 nanofibers prepared by electrospinning. Scanning electron microscopy micrographs and X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that the phthalocyanines uniformly immobilized on the surface of TiO2 nanofibers. Photocatalytic activity of TiO2, TiO2/Pc, TiO2/FPc, TiO2/FCoPc nanofibers for methylene blue in water was comparatively investigated firstly by ultraviolet-visible absorption measurements with time, and kinetic parameters were calculated. Dye-contaminated wastewaters are industrial wastewaters that are difficult to treat using traditional biochemical and physicochemical methods. In the present work, the acid red G was removed as a model pollutant by the electro-Fenton process for the first time. A series of polymer/clay nanocomposites containing mechanistically two different polymers, poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) and poly(epsilon caprolactone) (PCL), were prepared by simultaneous copper(I)-catalyzed alkyne-azide cycloaddition click reactions. Both clickable polymers, PEG-Alkyne and PCL-Alkyne, were simultaneously clicked on to azide-functional montmorillonite (MMT-N3) nanoclay to get corresponding PEG-PCL/MMT nanocomposites. The chemical structures of the resulting nanocomposites were verified by following azide and silicone-oxygen bands using FT-IR and characteristic bands of PEG and PCL segments using 1H-NMR spectroscopy. In this study, quantative nuclear magnetic resonance (qNMR) method was used to determine the content of rosuvastatin in tablet. Linearity, range, limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantification (LOQ), accuracy, and precision were determined in validation study of rosuvastatin. Furthermore, validation study of rosuvastatin was performed with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). In this study, the kinetic resolution of (R,S)-2-pentanol via transesterification to achieve S-2-pentanol, a key intermediate required in the synthesis of anti-Alzheimer drugs, was investigated in continuous-flow packed-bed reactors. The effects of residence time, substrate concentration, and operation time of the enzyme were investigated. Under steady state conditions, 50% conversion and enantiomeric excess of the substrate (ee$_{S}$)>99% were achieved at a residence time of 0.04 min. Productivity of the continuous-flow process (1.341 mmol/min/g)was about 4 times higher than that of the corresponding batch process (0.363 mmol/min/g).
