Abstract: A wind power prediction model based on improved complementary set empirical mode decomposition and improved firefly algorithm to optimize echo state network is proposed to solve the problems of low accuracy in wind power with large randomness and strong volatility prediction of traditional echo state network prediction model. The wind speed series are decomposed into a series of intrinsic modes by using the improved complementary ensemble empirical mode decomposition. Abstract: To reduce the energy consumption and sink mobile distance of mobile sink wireless sensor networks simultaneously, a path planning algorithm for mobile sink based on enhanced ant colony optimization algorithm in wireless sensor networks is proposed. Genetic operators are introduced to ant colony optimization algorithm in order to prevent ant colony optimization premature. Abstract: Aiming at the design of attitude control of hypersonic vehicles, the sliding mode disturbance observer is used to compensate the composite disturbance, meanwhile the dynamic surface control method is used to deal with the design of the nonlinear control system. Considering the input saturation problem, the control input is expanded into a new variable to design the controller, which is different from the direct limit of the rudder deviation. Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the existing resistance modeling method of yacht has poor universality and the calculation accuracy is not high, approximate resistance modeling methods of high speed craft are analyzed and summarized. The actual yacht model is simplified into a prismatic hull. “ЦАГИ” method and SIT method are reproduced and the simulation results are compared with model test. Abstract: Space reconnaissance support operations mainly undertake the tasks of target detection and identification in the early stage of strike, target guidance during strike and damage effect evaluation after strike. Based on EBI(Entity, Behavior, Interaction)modeling framework, this paper describes the entity models of signal intelligence sensor, radar alarm sensor and imaging sensor, constructs a combined mode of space reconnaissance support operation. It mainly models the combined mode algorithm of three sensors and their respective target detection behavior rules, whick is conductive to improving reconnaissance efficiency and enhancing intelligence quality in combat operations.

Abstract: In order to realize precise feedback linearization and optimal control of motor power consumption for MIMO nonlinear affine system, we build the model of induction motor within which dynamic power loss factor is included. Based on the differential geometry theory, a nonlinear optimization model of the controller is designed for this model to control the asynchronous motor outputs accurately and enhance the power efficiency. Abstract: The concept and connotation of combat coordination are briefly analyzed. The historical origin of cooperative target allocation and its orientation in command and control process are expounded. The research status of collaborative target allocation in model building and algorithm solving is analyzed comprehensively, the shortcomings of current research is pointed out. It is proposed that for the next step we should pay more attention to large-scale collaborative target allocation under dynamic and confrontational conditions, and focus on the real-time, adaptability and iterative evolution mechanism of the algorithm.

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of mesh visual feature loss and oversimplification in mesh simplification algorithm, a visual feature preservation based triangle mesh model simplification algorithm is proposed. The multi-viewpoint perception method is used to measure the visual perception error caused by the difference between the original and the simplified model in the two-dimensional view under the optimal viewpoint set. Abstract: An improved Savitsky method is proposed to increase the accuracy of mathematical model of yacht in fast simulation. Three degrees of freedom mathematical model is established to simulate the motion in displacement regime. warped hull forms of yachts are simplified into prismatic hull and improved Savitsky method is used to calculate resistance. Few people pay attention to introducing haptic interaction into 3D model deformation. We provide a haptic interactive framework by introducing haptic interaction into shape editing field. Based on the above haptic interactive framework, we propose a 3D model deformation simulation algorithm based on haptics. Abstract: In view of the discontinuity of motion timing detection in the frame-level prediction network structure, a novel algorithm based on spatio-temporal feature pyramid network (ST-FPN) is proposed. In the frame-level action prediction, several 3D convolution-de-convolution (CDC) networks are used to sample spatial feature down to 1 dimension and sample temporal feature up to corresponding proposal level. Then the prediction scores of different CDC networks are fused by non-maximum suppression (NMS). Abstract: Low-Orbit Early-Warning Satellite has accurate midcourse ballistic missile tracking and surveillance capability. The paper takes Space Tracking and Surveillance System’s function and construction as the research subject. System model is constructed based on Agent method. The possible constellation configurations of STSS are analyzed considering the coverage performance,and the detection capability of ballistic missile target is simulated and analyzed. Simulation analysis of target detection is carried out. The result shows that STSS can effectively detect a certain number of targets, but detecting capability is affected severely by solar illumination.

Abstract: For the integrated navigation system of the single-antenna GNSS-assisted MEMS strap-down inertial navigation system (MINS), the heading angle divergence is invalid when the vehicle is stationary and linear motion, and the error is large. The method of the dual-antenna GNSS-assisted MINS integrated navigation based on EKF is proposed. The error state model is established, and the extended Kalman filter combined filter (EKF) algorithm is designsed for simulation verification. Abstract: In the multi-platform path planning of multi-missile cooperative guidance algorithm used for missile-borne Bi-static Forward-looking Synthetic Aperture Radar (BFSAR) imaging, it is necessary to plan and adjust the transmitter trajectory according to the space state of the receiver and the path constraints between the receiver and the transmitter.An effective LSTM model is constructed to study and train the trajectory path generated by the existing algorithms, and the direct mapping relationship between the receiver space state, path constraint and the trajectory of the transmitter is obtained. Abstract: The development of marine pastures puts forward higher requirements for water quality monitoring. In order to achieve large-scale and long-term underwater water quality monitoring, AUG-based Underwater Sensor Network (AUSN) is studied. The AUG is introduced as the underwater sink node of the sensor network and the sleep scheduling mechanism is adopted for the sensors, which can effectively reduce the total energy consumption of the network. Abstract: Aiming at the problem of attitude measurement error in the inertial navigation system of micro and small guided ammunition under eccentric structure, the attitude solution and error compensation optimization are studied by using rotation vector optimization of multiple sub-samples, such as monotone sample, two sub-samples, three sub-samples and four sub-samples, and the fourth-order runge kutta algorithm. Abstract: In order to further improve the vehicle positioning accuracy and adaptability to the environment, V2X (vehicle to everything) communication network is used for auxiliary positioning to enhance the GPS/DR integrated positioning. Abstract: In order to achieve automatic identification of gear appearance defects and improve the qualification rate of gear products, aiming at the generalization of traditional defect recognition algorithms and the time-consuming of manual features extraction, this paper proposes an improved gear flaw detection algorithm for Faster R-CNN. VGG-2CF network is designed to improve the ability to identify smaller targets. Introducing AM-Softmax loss function is introduced to reduce the intra-class variation and optimize the inter-class difference.
