Individuals of the same age vary widely in every trait that has been measured or estimated. They differ in height, weight, character, taste, intellect, strength or in other words, in all things
Every human being is endowed with the same reflexes, instincts and capacities, each individual has powers of perception, discrimination attentiveness, retentiveness, reasoning etc., and as a result each has the same general qualitative make-up.
But as was said above individuals vary in every trait, "these differences are quantitative rather than qualitative".

A Psychological And Educational Study Of The Language Factors Of The American Research Council. Psychological Examinations Administered To Freshmen At The College Of The Pacific In The Years 1925, 1926, And 1928, Chester Livingston Hoar
University of the Pacific Theses and Dissertations
The purpose of this thesis is to determine, as far as possible, the extant to which the language-factor tests included in present psychological examinations administered to freshmen at the Collage of the Pacific are reliable as factors contributing to an estimate of the capacities of the individuals examined.
This necessitates a study of both the gross and language-factor tests scores
In making the study, the results of examinations given in three years,—1925, 1926, and 1928, —were utilized. The total number of cases included in these years was 560, a sufficient number to warrant the placing of considerable reliance upon the …

College Lectures-The Minister As A Financier, Charles C. Chapman
Charles C. Chapman College Lectures
In this speech Chapman advises ministers to be thrifty and save their meager income, as financial problems can be the undoing of a minister. He tells them to spend wisely and to make sure to maintain a home and lifestyle that befits their place in the community while avoiding debt and saving for retirement and emergencies.
