This study was a situational investigation into the retirement extension for public service personnel policyinThailand.Thestudyaimed toanalyzethefactorscontributing to policysuccessor failure so as to make recommendations for greater effectiveness. Qualitative research methods, involving documentary research and in-depth interviews with civil servants generally and those in higher education institutes. The findings were that over the years 2009-2018 there were not many career extensions after retirement. Key factors affecting success and failure were lack of policy clarity, wherever it was to take care of older persons in an aged society or to manage shortages of staff inthe government bureaucracy.This lackofclarity led to different kindsofunderstanding …

Evaluating Current Water Quality Monitoring System On Hau River, Mekong Delta, Vietnam Using Multivariate Statistical Techniques, Giao Thanh Nguyen

This study aims to assess the sampling sites and frequencies of sampling of the existing surface water quality monitoring on Hau River using multivariate analysis techniques. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Cluster Analysis (CA) were used to analyze the water quality monitoring data collected every month in 2018 from 8 sampling stations. Surface water quality parameters including pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen (DO), total suspended solids (TSS), nitrate (N-NO3-), phosphate (P-PO43-), chemical oxygen demand (COD) and coliforms were used in the PCA and CA analyses. Excessive application of insecticides in agriculture has become an increasing trend in Thailand, where agriculture is common in the area. This problem leads to negative impacts on human health and environment. Therefore, this study focused on monitoring organophosphate and carbamate insecticides, and heavy metals (Cd, Cu, Pb, Ni, Hg, Zn and Mn) in Ipomoea aquaticaForssk, as well as water and soil from different canals in Ongkharak District, Nakhon Nayok Province, Thailand. Understanding the function of the ecological restoration of mangrove forests leads to appropriatesustainable utilization (SU) of ecosystem services (ES) during development stages of mangrove ecosystem for sustaining the local livelihood and maintaining the mangrove ecological production. The study aims to identify the SU which was changed relying a development of ES at Klong Khone (KK) Sub-district, Samut Songkhram Province, Thailand. The SU was collected by in-depth interview with 20 key respondents, questionnaires survey with 140 fishermen and statistical scientific data on developed mangrove forest areas. In the Sahel of Tunisia, areas were characterized by complex landforms like hills and depression with active and alternation of the geographical processes between bare hilly limestones and fertile soils. Teak ring-width is one of the promising paleoclimate proxies in the tropical region. Tree-ring chronology spanning from 1840 to 2016 (177 years) was derived from 76trees from Phrae Province, northern Thailand. A total of 141 core samples were cross-dated, a standardized master was constructed, and the tree residual master chronology was developed by ARSTAN program. The tree-ring chronology has a significant positivecorrelation with the monthly rainfall and relative humidity during the monsoon season (May - June). In addition, the growth of tree-ring width also significantly inversely correlated with Niño 3, Niño 3.4, and Niño 4 indices during the second half …

The objective of this research was to study the media exposure, consumers’ attitude and consumers’ purchasing behavior toward Café Amazon for Chance by using surveys to collect the data from current customers at Café Amazon for Chance aged 18 and above. Two hundred and seven were collected. The result shows that the media exposure of Café Amazon for Chance’s is low level. There is widespread agreement among theorists of social innovation that the term encompasses both a product dimension to serve social needs, as well as a process dimension leading to the empowerment of vulnerable groups in society. This definition allows for a number of innovation strategies employed by social enterprises that fulfill these requirements. In this paper we will illustrate how these philosophical premises determine divergent conceptions of the product, process, and empowerment dimensions. This study examines the religious experiences of new Chinese immigrants in Thailand. In particular, the study explores changes in values and religions during their migration. The new Chinese mobility has been increasing dramatically in Thailand today. Approximately one hundred thousand Chinese migrants have flown to Bangkok and Thai large cities for mainly trans-national businesses, economic ventures and trading activities. Apart from these phenomena, it is interesting that in cultural and religious spheres, not only have Chinese churches been increasing, but also many new Chinese migrants have joined Chinese churches and Christian communities by converting to be Christian members. งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยตรวจผู้ป่วยนอกพิเศษเด็กและวัยรุ่น โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี เกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพของการนำแอพพลิเคชั่น Rama App มาใช้ในองค์การ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการในหน่วยตรวจผู้ป่วยนอกพิเศษเด็กและวัยรุ่น โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี เกี่ยวกับการนำแอพพลิเคชั่น Rama App มาใช้ในองค์การ ผู้วิจัยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (ทั้งการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพ) ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ใช้บริการในหน่วยตรวจผู้ป่วยนอกพิเศษเด็กและวัยรุ่น โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี จำนวน 370 คน และผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยตรวจผู้ป่วยนอกพิเศษเด็กและวัยรุ่น โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี จำนวน 5 คน สำหรับผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยตรวจผู้ป่วยนอกพิเศษเด็กและวัยรุ่นมีความคิดเห็นว่าการนำแอพพลิเคชั่น Rama App มาใช้ในองค์การสามารถลดความผิดพลาดในการปฏิบัติงาน และทำให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานทราบถึงปริมาณงาน รวมถึงช่วยลดภาระงานของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน ตลอดจน สามารถลดระยะเวลาในการใช้บริการที่โรงพยาบาล อีกทั้งสามารถลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินงาน 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ใช้บริการในหน่วยตรวจผู้ป่วยนอกพิเศษเด็กและวัยรุ่น โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี มีความพึงพอใจทุกฟังก์ชั่นของแอพพลิเคชั่น Rama App ในระดับมาก โดยพบว่ามีความพึงพอใจฟังก์ชั่น “คัดกรอง COVID-19” มากที่สุด และมีความพึงพอใจฟังก์ชั่น “แผนที่” น้อยที่สุด

การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง “ปัจจัยทุนจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกที่ส่งผลต่อการหมดไฟในการทำงานของข้าราชการรุ่นใหม่ในสำนักการสอบสวนและนิติการ กรมการปกครอง” เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยทุนทางจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกที่มีความสำคัญมากที่สุดที่ทำให้ข้าราชการรุ่นใหม่เกิดความรู้สึกหมดไฟในการทำงาน เพื่อวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบของการหมดไฟต่อการทำงานของข้าราชการรุ่นใหม่ และเพื่อเสนอแนะนโยบายในการแก้ปัญหาการหมดไฟต่อการทำงานของข้าราชการรุ่นใหม่ในสำนักการสอบสวนและนิติการ กรมการปกครอง ผ่านการเก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มข้าราชการ Gen-Y ช่วงต้น ช่วงกลาง และช่วงปลาย ผลการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุและลักษณะการหมดไฟพบว่า ข้าราชการกลุ่ม Gen-Y ช่วงต้น ช่วงกลาง และช่วงปลายมีปัจจัยทุนจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกทั้ง 4 ด้าน แต่ปัจจัยทุนจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกด้านความเชื่อมั่นในความสามารถของตนเอง (Confidence) เป็นด้านที่ควรส่งเสริมและพัฒนามากที่สุดในองค์กร ถัดมาคือปัจจัยทุนจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกด้านความหวัง (Hope) และการมองโลกในแง่ดี (Optimism) และปัจจัยทุนจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกด้านความยืดหยุ่นทางอารมณ์ (Resilience) เป็นสิ่งที่องค์กรควรพัฒนาและรักษาไว้ให้คงอยู่กับข้าราชการ Gen-Y ในองค์กร ทั้งนี้ เพื่อเป็นการป้องกันลักษณะการหมดไฟด้านความเหนื่อยด้านอารมณ์ (Emotional Exhaustion) การลดค่าหรือศักดิ์ศรีความมีตัวตนในองค์กร (Depersonalization) การลดความสำเร็จส่วนบุคคล (Decreased Occupational Accomplishment) โดยการพัฒนาปัจจัยทุนจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกนอกจากจะช่วยป้องกันการหมดไฟในการทำงานได้แล้ว ยังช่วยส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์กรด้วย

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลกำกับของการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนจากการฝึกอบรมและการรับรู้การสนับสนุนจากหัวหน้างาน ที่มีต่อความสัมพันธ์ของการรับรู้การสนับสนุนจากองค์การกับการถ่ายโอนการฝึกอบรมในกลุ่มข้าราชการกรมศุลกากร จำนวน 142 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การรับรู้การสนับสนุนจากองค์การ (β = .183, p < .05) การรับรู้การสนับสนุนจากหัวหน้างาน (β = .248, p < .01) และการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนจากการฝึกอบรม (β = .586, p < .01) มีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อการถ่ายโอนการฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 2) การรับรู้การสนับสนุนจากหัวหน้างานไม่มีอิทธิพลกำกับความสัมพันธ์ของการรับรู้การสนับสนุนจากองค์การกับการถ่ายโอนการฝึกอบรมและ 3) การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนจากการฝึกอบรมส่งผลต่ออิทธิพลกำกับของการรับรู้การสนับสนุนจากหัวหน้างานที่มีต่อความสัมพันธ์ของการรับรู้การสนับสนุนจากองค์การกับการถ่ายโอนการฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (β = -.170 , p < .05) กล่าวคือระดับการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนจากการฝึกอบรมของบุคคลที่แตกต่างกัน มีอิทธิพลต่อการรับรู้การสนับสนุนจากหัวหน้างานที่กำกับความสัมพันธ์ของการรับรู้การสนับสนุนจากองค์การกับการนำความรู้ ทักษะและทัศนคติที่บุคคลได้รับจากการฝึกอบรมไปใช้ในการทำงาน ดังนั้นนอกจากองค์การจะให้ความสำคัญกับสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน อันได้แก่ การสนับสนุนจากองค์การ และการสนับสนุนจากหัวหน้างาน ที่เอื้อต่อพฤติกรรมการถ่ายโอนการฝึกอบรมแล้ว การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนจากการฝึกอบรมถือเป็นปัจจัยที่มีความสำคัญต่อการถ่ายโอนการฝึกอบรมเช่นกัน

Examining how seagrass decomposition contributes to trophic pathways in marine ecosystems is crucial in understanding seagrass production. Decomposition rates of seagrasses may depend on many factors such as chemical composition and microbial colonization. Inappropriate handlings of informal e-waste processing have increasingly become a global environmental and public health issue of concern. This study was conducted to quantify the concentrations of five heavy metals found in the environmental media at an exposed village and a reference village in Northern Vietnam. The correlations between a pair of the heavy metals found in a medium, and between a pair of the environmental media was found. การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบจำลองทางทฤษฎีในการอธิบายบทบาทของกลุ่มชนชั้นกลางทั้งระดับบนและระดับล่าง ภายใต้การดำเนินนโยบายประชานิยมที่ส่งผลต่อการกลายเป็นประชาธิปไตยของไทย โดยอาศัยแบบจำลองของ Acemoglu and Robinson (2006) เป็นกรอบแนวคิดพื้นฐาน และขยายเพิ่มเติมจากกรอบแนวคิดพื้นฐานใน 2 ประเด็นคือ หนึ่งกลุ่มประชากรประกอบด้วย กลุ่มชนชั้นปกครอง กลุ่มชนชั้นกลางระดับบน กลุ่มชนชั้นกลางระดับล่าง และกลุ่มคนจน โดยแต่ละกลุ่มประชากรสมมติให้มีความต้องการอรรถประโยชน์ในการดำรงชีวิตที่ต่างกัน และสองรัฐบาลสามารถดำเนินนโยบายการคลังผ่านการจัดสรรงบประมาณแบบขาดดุลเพื่อการประชานิยมได้ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภายใต้การดำเนินนโยบายประชานิยม หากกลุ่มชนชั้นกลางระดับล่างมีรายได้ใกล้เคียงกับกลุ่มคนจนแล้ว การดำเนินนโยบายประชานิยมจะทำให้กลุ่มคนเหล่านี้ได้รับผลประโยชน์ทางเศรษฐกิจที่เพิ่มมากขึ้น จึงมีแนวโน้มที่จะสนับสนุนการดำเนินนโยบายประชานิยมเพิ่มมากขึ้น ขณะที่กลุ่มชนชั้นกลางระดับบนหากมีรายได้ใกล้เคียงกับกลุ่มคนรวยแล้ว สัดส่วนรายจ่ายเพื่อการประชานิยมที่เพิ่มมากขึ้น จะทำให้คนกลุ่มนี้สูญเสียผลประโยชน์ทางเศรษฐกิจเพิ่มขึ้น จึงแนวโน้มที่จะร่วมมือกับกลุ่มชนชั้นสูงในการทำรัฐประหารเพิ่มขึ้น และหากพิจารณาในแง่ภาระทางภาษีผลการศึกษาพบว่า การดำเนินนโยบายประชานิยมได้การสร้างภาระทางภาษีให้แก่กลุ่มคนชั้นกลางระดับบนมากกว่ากลุ่มชนชั้นกลางระดับล่าง และยิ่งช่องว่างของรายได้ระหว่างกลุ่มชนชั้นกลางมีมากเพียงใด ภาระทางภาษีของกลุ่มชนชั้นกลางระดับบนก็จะยิ่งมีเพิ่มสูงขึ้น ก่อให้เกิดความขัดแย้งที่เพิ่มมากขึ้น ดังนั้นทางออกของปัญหาคือ การนำเสนอนโยบายซึ่งไม่จำเพาะเพียงการประชานิยมที่ให้ผลประโยชน์แก่กลุ่มชนชั้นกลางระดับล่างในฐานะผู้ลงคะแนนเสียงมัธยฐานเท่านั้น แต่ต้องให้ผลประโยชน์แก่คนทั้งสองกลุ่ม และนโยบายดังกล่าวต้องทำให้ส่วนแบ่งรายได้โดยเฉพาะในกลุ่มชนชั้นกลางระดับบนเพิ่มสูงขึ้น จึงจะทำให้ต้นทุนการทำรัฐประหารของคนกลุ่มนี้มีเพิ่มมากขึ้น โอกาสการร่วมมือกับกลุ่มชนชั้นสูงในการทำรัฐประหารจะลดลง และโอกาสในการธำรงระบอบประชาธิปไตยจะมีมากขึ้น

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) คุณลักษณะของแหล่งสาร แรงจูงใจในการรับชม ปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมกึ่งความจริง และพฤติกรรมการบริโภคของผู้ชมไลฟ์สตรีมมิงเกม และ 2) อิทธิพลของคุณลักษณะของแหล่งสาร แรงจูงใจในการรับชม ปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมกึ่งความจริงกับสตรีมเมอร์ ต่อพฤติกรรมการบริโภคของผู้ชมไลฟ์สตรีมมิงเกม โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างอายุระหว่าง 18 – 35 ปี ที่ติดตามสตรีมเมอร์เจม กิจเกษม แมคแฟดเดน (เพจ James Room) ในช่วง 3 เดือนที่ผ่านมา และมีการรับชมไลฟ์สตรีมมิงเกมไม่น้อยกว่า 4 ครั้งต่อเดือน จำนวน 201 คน และ 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างอายุระหว่าง 18 – 35 ปี ที่ติดตามสตรีมเมอร์เอก Heartrocker (เพจ Heartrocker) ในช่วง 3 เดือนที่ผ่านมา และมีการรับชมไลฟ์สตรีมมิงเกมไม่น้อยกว่า 4 ครั้งต่อเดือน จำนวน 300 คน รวมทั้งหมด 501 ผลวิจัยพบว่า คุณลักษณะของแหล่งสาร แรงจูงใจในการรับชม ปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมกึ่งความจริง และพฤติกรรมของผู้ชมเจมส์ กิจเกษม และเอก Heartrocker แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมกึ่งความจริงมีอิทธิพลหลักต่อพฤติกรรมการบริโภคของผู้ชมไลฟ์สตรีมมิงเกม ทั้งด้านความรู้สึกเป็นหนึ่งของชุมชน ความตั้งใจติดตาม ความตั้งใจบริจาค และความตั้งใจซื้อ ของผู้ชมเพจเจมส์ กิจเกษม และเอก Heartrocker

The objective of this research was to study Chinese consumer behaviors on Heytea's co-branding campaigns (i.e., Dove, Kiehl's, and Fenty Beauty). Based on the quantitative research approach, two hundred and six Heytea's current millennial consumers, aged between 20 and 40 years old in China, who had purchased Heytea's products in the past six months, were asked to complete online questionnaires, to study their perception, attitude, and behavioral intention. The findings illustrated that most respondents had favorable perceptions on Heytea. For co-branding campaigns, most respondents felt Kiehl's and Fenty Beauty had more distinctive brand identity than Dove, resulting in less positive …
