The relationship between need achievement and career preference of in-school adolescents were examined in this study. The need for the study was prompted by previous studies’ report that students make wrong career preferences due to poor information among other factors. The negative impact of these wrong preferences on the individual and the work place have become worrisome to all concerned. This study investigated the attitude of faculty members towards participation in open access institutional repositories in public universities in North East, Nigeria. This study investigated the impacts of user education on users’ awareness, accessibility and use of information resources and services in Federal Polytechnic Ede Library. The study employed a survey research design. The population of this study consisted of all registered student users of the library totaling 6,000; 10% of the entire population amounting 600 was used for the study. The study sought to assess access and utilization of climate change information by small-holder farmers in the Bunkpurugu-Yunyoo Districts of the North-East Region of Ghana. Since the study involved a large farmer population in the area, the survey research design was employed to collect data from 387 household-headed farmers. Generally, farmers in the district had accessed to climate change information via TV, radio and mobile phone. Specifically, farmers received information mainly on temperature, rainfall, windstorm and thunderstorm. The study investigated the influence of organizational justice on turnover intentions of librarians in universities in South-West, Nigeria. The study adopted the survey research design. Four hundred and twelve librarians from fifty-three (53) universities in South-West, Nigeria made up the study's population. Multistage stratified random sampling technique was employed in selecting a sample size of two hundred and three (203). Data was collected through the distribution of validated questionnaires, with a 98.5% response rate. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. This study aimed to assess the level of knowledge, attitude, and practice regarding the coronavirus disease among Iranian rural and urban healthcare workers. The study population consisted of all healthcare experts and staff working in 38 rural health centers in Iran. An online questionnaire was distributed in November 2021. The anonymous questionnaire was comprised of a series of questions about demographic information; knowledge about COVID-19, the attitudes and preventive practices toward COVID-19. The study determined the relationship between Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure resources utilization in libraries and post-graduate students' research output in Nigerian federal universities. The study adopted a correlational survey research design in six selected Nigerian federal universities with a population of 40,328 postgraduate students as of the 2018/2019 academic session with a sample size of 2,016 (5%). This paper intended to provide and critical and analytical review of research on workplace information literacy published form South-Asia with a view to inform policy and practice. Library, Information Science and Technological Abstracts (LISTA) was searched to identify the key studies published in the proposed research area using multiple keywords. The search process resulted in 384 citations which was screened for duplication and relevance. As a result, 375 citations were excluded due to duplication and non-relevance. The current study tries to understand the prospective of students about librarian leadership approach during their time spent in university main library. In this regard librarian transformational leadership attributes (Articulating Vision, Individualized consideration, Group Goal, Idealized Influence) as well as transactional approach (Contingent Reward, Contingent Punishment) was assessed through the students response based on age, gender differences and their background from three different campuses. In this regard data was analyzed through SPSS via one sample t-test and ANOVA as well as regression analysis.
