This study investigated the provision of reference services and use of library information resources by undergraduates in universities in Bayelsa state, Nigeria. The study used a correlational survey research methodology, and the instrument for gathering data was a questionnaire. 17451 undergraduate students from the four universities in Bayelsa State made up the study's population, with a sample size of 349 representing 20% of the total population. 349 copies of the questionnaire were distributed and 346 were retrieved and found usable. This study investigated the strategies for curbing plagiarism by librarians in universities in the age of Information and Communication Technology in Nigeria. . Information was sought on the level of collaboration between academic libraries and known key players championing the prevention and control of COVID-19, the activities carried out in compliance with set protocols, information services offered, and the challenges faced. Results showed moderate level of collaboration and very limited direct synergistic interaction with public health groups, while they provided patrons with an avenue to source updates from library websites. The study adopted a mixed method utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research approaches. The study revealed that: KYUL uses WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube to market its resources and services. Other channels were Websites, emails, displays of new information resources, flyers, newsletters, user orientations, posters, and exhibitions. SM is considered a vital library marketing platform. However, the respondents raised various impediments to successful SM at KYUL. Based on the findings the study made conclusions and recommendations.

This study analyzes the citations of Masters Theses in Library and Information Science of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria submitted from 2011 to 2018 with a view to determining the format and age of materials used and most frequently cited journals. The document checklists were used for data collections and the citations were extracted from the title pages and reference lists of each of the theses. The paper examined the ICT needs and skills requirement for reference services in the post COVID era. Non-probability judgmental sampling was used to select six (6) reference librarians, two from each of three higher institutions in Ibadan: Kenneth Dike Library, University of Ibadan, University Library, Lead City University and Polytechnic Library, The Polytechnic Ibadan. Data was collected through interview and was analyzed thematically.
