This study determined relationship between students’ computer hardware skills in the use of electronic information resources in University libraries in South-West, Nigeria. There is no doubt that ICTs have altered the information management landscape globally. Although there have been recent improvements, the reality in underdeveloped countries like Nigeria has not been positive. The results of this study showed that librarians' use of ICTs for providing information services was significantly influenced by their attitude toward technology. Academic law librarians have two primary responsibilities in the profession: to be faithful to the fundamental law of library science, and to be the frontrunners in implementing the law of the land.
