In today’s world of work, employees are expected to show resilience behaviour as the workplace is constantly changing and unpredictable. Therefore, this study was designed to examine the resilience of public library employees at their workplace. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to all public library staff members in the Eastern Province of Sri Lanka. The study enlisted the participation of 340 staff members from 143 public libraries in the Eastern Province. Employee resilience was measured using Employee Resilience (EmpRes) scale developed by Näswall et al. in 2015. Purpose

This study aimed to investigate the interest and use of WhatsApp technology among the library users of National Defence University Pakistan.

Design/methodology/approach

A questionnaire in google forms was created shared with the students of five departments of National Defence University Pakistan via email. The data were tabulated and analyzed using SPSS 22 for this paper.

Findings

Personnel commitment to their organisations on an emotional, normative, and long-term basis is crucial to achieving organisational goals and objectives. Working circumstances for employees in any business, particularly university libraries are crucial to achieving these levels of dedication. The impact of the work environment on the affective, normative, and long-term commitments of library staff in Nigeria's South-West area was investigated in this paper. This study aims to assess users’ satisfaction with the National Library of Pakistan (NLP). The study variables include facilities, collection, services, and attitude/behavior of staff along with demographics and open-ended comments. To carry out the objectives of the study, a semi-structured paper questionnaire using a modified Likert-type scale is administered personally by the principal researcher. Responses from one hundred (100) users are obtained employing a non-probability (accidental, voluntary) sampling technique. The majority of users show their satisfaction against all the variables. Introduction: One of the proposed indicators for the prevention and control of COVID-19pandemic disease; is having health literacy components in both dimension Coronavirus-Related Health Literacy and e-health literacy. This study aimed to review the scientific literature related to dimensions studied in Coronavirus-Related Health Literacy.

Methods: This study is a narrative review. The articles addressed Coronavirus-Related Health Literacy searched in Scopus and Web of Science (WoS), and then reviewed.

Purpose Information schools (iSchools) emerged because of the fast technological developments and the urgent need of information in the contemporary society. Despite many advantages, the iSchool movement confronted several challenges. The current study is aimed to address one of the key challenges, where did librarianship go in the teaching curricula of iSchools.

Design/methodology/approach This research adopted a desktop-based survey of the North American and the European iSchools websites. Also, a comprehensive literature was reviewed to get insight on the phenomenon under discussion.
