This study examines the effect of types of investor investment flow on Thailand Stock Market Index returns. Daily data on investment types, namely, foreign investors, institutional investors, proprietary investors, and retail investors from the Stock Exchange of Thailand for the period 2015 to 2020 is used. The results from the OLS model show that proprietary investors dominate the SET index. This paper analyzes how women’s education affects the marriage outcome and studies single women’s perspective towards marriage. The objective of this study was to investigate the impact of playful ironic branded entertainment on consumer behavior, including understanding, attitude toward the brand, attitude toward the branded entertainment, source characteristics, and purchase intention, on a low-involvement product, Milo, a chocolate malt beverage. Pre-experimental setting, with static group design, was employed to collect data from 120 undergraduate students at the Faculty of Economics, Thammasat University, during April 2020. สารนิพนธ์ชิ้นนี้มุ่งพิจารณาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประชาคมเศรษฐกิจของอาเซียน การลงทุนด้านการเกษตรของบริษัทมิตรผลในกัมพูชา กับนโยบายสัมปทานที่ดินทางเศรษฐกิจในกัมพูชา และวิเคราะห์ว่าความสัมพันธ์ดังกล่าวส่งผลกระทบด้านความมั่นคงมนุษย์ต่อชาวกัมพูชาและประชาชนในประเทศเพื่อนบ้านอย่างไร โดยสารนิพนธ์ชิ้นนี้ใช้กรอบสิทธิมนุษยชนด้านเศรษฐกิจและการเมืองในฐานะปัจจัยสำคัญสำหรับการส่งเสริมความมั่นคงมนุษย์ในการวิเคราะห์ จากการศึกษาพบว่าประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน เป็นนโยบายที่อำนวยความสะดวกและสร้างโอกาสให้แก่กลุ่มทุนภาคการเกษตรภายในภูมิภาคให้เข้าไปลงทุนและขยายฐานการผลิตในประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน โดยกลุ่มทุนภาคการเกษตรของไทยในกรณีนี้คือบริษัทมิตรผล ซึ่งมีศักยภาพสูง และมีความได้เปรียบเชิงเศรษฐกิจมากกว่าประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน จึงขยายการลงทุนและการผลิตอ้อยและน้ำตาลเข้าไปในกลุ่มประเทศกัมพูชา ลาว เมียนมา และเวียดนาม อย่างกว้างขวาง ทั้งนี้ในส่วนของรัฐบาลกัมพูชาต้องการดึงดูดการลงทุนจากต่างชาติ โดยใช้ประโยชน์จากกรอบความร่วมมือของประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน ได้ประกาศโครงการสัมปทานที่ดินทางเศรษฐกิจเพื่อดึงดูดธุรกิจด้านการเกษตรให้เข้ามาลงทุนในกัมพูชา ซึ่งหมายถึงการขยายตัวของการเช่าพื้นที่ขนาดใหญ่เพื่อดำเนินโครงการเพาะปลูกพืชและทำอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร แต่กระบวนการดังกล่าวกลับสร้างผลกระทบด้านความมั่นคงมนุษย์ เกิดการละเมิดหลักสิทธิมนุษยชนจากปัญหาการแย่งยึดที่ดิน ด้วยวิธีการบังคับขับไล่ชาวบ้านจากที่ดิน และการใช้ความรุนแรง ทั้งยังทำให้เกิดปัญหามลภาวะหมอกควันข้ามพรมแดน ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อความมั่นคงมนุษย์ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในภูมิภาค ปรากฎการณ์ดังกล่าวนี้ขัดแย้งกับนโยบายของอาเซียนที่ระบุว่าจะมุ่งส่งเสริมหลักสิทธิมนุษยชน การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน และปกป้องสิ่งแวดล้อม ||รัฐศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต

สารนิพนธ์มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์แนวทางสำหรับสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติในการพัฒนา ระบบการประสานงานเพื่อจัดการปัญหาการสวมบัตรประชาชนและผู้เข้าเมืองโดยผิดกฎหมาย อันเป็นหนึ่งในปัญหาอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติที่มีผลกระทบต่อความมั่นคงภายในของไทย และลักษณะของปัญหามีความซับซ้อนสูง สารนิพนธ์คำนึงถึงทั้งกระบวนการต้นทางของปัญหาความมั่นคงภายในดังกล่าว คือการที่กลุ่มอาชญากรรมใช้ช่องว่างทางกฎหมายและการทุจริตเพื่อลักลอบสวมบัตรประชาชน และในขั้นปลายทาง ทั้งที่เป็นผู้ใช้ประโยชน์จากการสวมบัตรและการลักลอบเข้าเมือง ได้แก่ ผู้ดำเนินธุรกิจผิดกฎหมายและกลุ่มอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ และผู้ตกเป็นเหยื่อของกลุ่มอาชญากรรมดังกล่าว เพื่อให้การดำเนินการของรัฐในการป้องกัน สืบสวน และปราบปราม ผู้กระทำความผิดเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การจัดการกับปัญหาในลักษณะเช่นนี้ต้องอาศัยการกำหนดมาตรการในการปฏิบัติและการประสานงานสำหรับหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบทุกหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเป็นระบบ หน่วยงานใดหน่วยงานหนึ่งไม่สามารถเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบเพียงลำพังได้ การศึกษาทั้งจากเอกสารคู่มือปฏิบัติงาน และการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง สารนิพนธ์มีข้อเสนอว่า เครื่องมือที่จะช่วยให้สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติปรับการจัดการปัญหาอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติดังกล่าวได้อย่างสมเหตุสมผลและมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นคือการพัฒนาคู่มือการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจที่เป็นมาตรฐาน โดยยึดแนวทางสำคัญ 2 ประการ ได้แก่ หนึ่ง การสร้างมาตรฐานการดำเนินการอย่างเป็นขั้นตอน (Standard Operating Procedures: SOPs) เกี่ยวกับมาตรการในการป้องกันปราบปรามและสืบสวนสอบสวน และ สอง การกำหนดแนวทางบูรณาการประสานความร่วมมือและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลกับหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Inter- agency coordination) ในทุกขั้นตอน ประโยชน์ของคู่มือนี้นอกจากจะช่วยสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติหลีกเลี่ยงการเมืองในระบบราชการอันเกิดจากปัญหาข้อขัดแย้งกับหน่วยงานของส่วนราชการอื่นเกี่ยวกับภารกิจหน้าที่และงบประมาณทรัพยากรแล้ว คู่มือดังกล่าวยังเป็นเครื่องมือสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของส่วนงานราชการไทย ที่มีหน้าที่ดูแลปัญหาความมั่นคงข้ามชาติเพื่อรับมือกับปัญหาได้ในระยะยาว รวมถึงสามารถพัฒนาปรับปรุงต่อไปตามบริบทความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นในอนาคตด้วย

สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ศึกษาบทบาทของกลุ่มการเมืองในฟิลิปปินส์ต่อนโยบายของประธานาธิบดีโรดริโก ดูเตอร์เตที่มีต่อจีน โดยมุ่งพิจารณาบทบาทของกองทัพ รัฐสภา หน่วยงานราชการ ภาคประชาสังคม และสื่อมวลชน จากการศึกษาพบว่า ภายใต้ระบอบประชาธิปไตยของฟิลิปปินส์ กลุ่มการเมืองภายในประเทศทำหน้าที่ตรวจสอบและถ่วงดุล (Checks and Balances) ทำให้ดูเตอร์เตไม่อาจดำเนินนโยบายต่อจีนตามที่มุ่งหวัง โดยดูเตอร์เตต้องการมีความใกล้ชิดกับจีนเพื่อผลประโยชน์ทางเศรษฐกิจ และไม่ต้องการนำปัญหาทะเลจีนใต้มาก่อให้เกิดความขัดแย้งกับจีนภายหลังศาลอนุญาโตตุลาการระหว่างประเทศ (Permanent Court of Arbitration – PCA) มีคำตัดสินข้อพิพาททะเลจีนใต้ที่ส่งผลในทางบวกต่อฟิลิปปินส์ กลุ่มการเมืองภายในเรียกร้องให้ดูเตอร์เตใช้คำตัดสินดังกล่าวเพื่อยืนยันอำนาจอธิปไตยของฟิลิปปินส์ เพื่อลดการแผ่ขยายอำนาจในทะเลจีนใต้ของจีน และตอบโต้พฤติกรรมรุกล้ำของจีนในน่านน้ำฟิลิปปินส์บริเวณทะเลจีนใต้ ขณะที่ดูเตอร์เตไม่ไม่ต้องการเผชิญหน้ากับจีน จึงใช้วิธีแสวงหาความร่วมมือกับจีน อย่างไรก็ตาม การดำเนินนโยบายของดูเตอร์เตทำให้ฟิลิปปินส์ดูเหมือนประเทศเล็กที่ต้องทำตัว อ่อนน้อมให้กับมหาอำนาจอย่างจีน ท่าทีดังกล่าวส่งผลให้กลุ่มและสถาบันการเมืองในประเทศมีปฏิกิริยาเชิงลบทั้งต่อดูเตอร์เตและจีน รวมถึงกระตุ้นกระแสชาตินิยมที่เรียกร้องให้รัฐบาลต้องมีจุดยืนที่แข็งกร้าวตอบโต้จีน ส่งผลให้ดูเตอร์เตต้องลดการโอนอ่อนให้กับจีน ในแง่นี้ชี้ว่า ระบอบประชาธิปไตยที่กลุ่มการเมืองและสถาบันที่ทำหน้าที่ตรวจสอบถ่วงดุลสามารถมีเสรีภาพในการทำหน้าที่ของตนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพนี้ ส่งผลให้ผู้นำต้องรับฟังข้อเรียกร้องของประชาชนในระดับหนึ่ง แม้ว่าผู้นำจะมีลักษณะอำนาจนิยมก็ตาม

การมีภัยคุกคามและผลประโยชน์ทางยุทธศาสตร์ร่วมกันในทะเลจีนใต้ของเวียดนามกับสหรัฐอเมริกาเป็นปัจจัยขับเคลื่อนในความสัมพันธ์ด้านความมั่นคงของทั้งสองประเทศอย่างต่อเนื่อง แต่เวียดนามยืนยันไม่เป็นพันธมิตรทางการทหารกับสหรัฐฯ เพื่อร่วมกันต่อต้านจีนโดยยึดนโยบาย “3 ไม่”กล่าวคือ ไม่เป็นพันธมิตรทางทหาร ไม่ให้ตั้งฐานทัพต่างชาติในประเทศ และไม่ร่วมมือกับรัฐหนึ่งเพื่อต่อต้านรัฐอื่น นโยบาย 3 ไม่จึงเป็นเครื่องมือในการรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับจีนควบคู่ไปกับพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ด้านความมั่นคงกับสหรัฐฯ สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มุ่งศึกษานโยบาย “3 ไม่” ของเวียดนามกับความสัมพันธ์ด้านความมั่นคงกับสหรัฐอเมริการะหว่างปี 2010-2019 โดยประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดเรื่องพันธมิตรทางทหารของเคนเน็ต วอลท์เพื่อเสนอว่าการใช้นโยบาย “3 ไม่” ทำให้เวียดนามยังรักษาความสัมพันธ์ในฐานะเพื่อนบ้านที่ดีกับจีนไว้ได้ พร้อม ๆ กับอนุญาตให้เวียดนามสามารถเข้าใกล้สหรัฐฯ ได้มากขึ้นด้วย และยังเป็นนโยบายที่เวียดนามใช้เพื่อป้องกันตนเองจากแรงกดดันและแสวงหาผลประโยชน์จากความสัมพันธ์กับสองมหาอำนาจ ทั้งนี้ แม้เวียดนามมีความสัมพันธ์ที่ใกล้ชิดกับสหรัฐฯ มากขึ้น แต่เวียดนามหลีกเลี่ยงคำและการกระทำที่เข้าข่ายการเป็นพันธมิตรทางทหาร โดยในการสร้างข้อตกลงทางการทหารอย่างไม่เป็นทางการกับสหรัฐฯ เวียดนามพยายามจำกัดให้อยู่ภายในขอบเขตของนิยามความเป็นหุ้นส่วน เพื่อยืนยันว่าตนยังคงยึดมั่นนโยบาย “3 ไม่” อย่างมั่นคง

สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มุ่งศึกษาการปรับเปลี่ยนมุมมองของอินเดียต่อโครงการขุดคลองไทย โดยวิเคราะห์การปรับเปลี่ยนมุมมองของอินเดีย ประวัติความขัดแย้งระหว่างจีนกับอินเดียที่กระทบต่อความมั่นคง รวมไปถึงเรื่องผลประโยชน์แห่งชาติของอินเดียผ่านมิติโครงการขุดคลองไทย โดยมีปัจจัยหลัก กล่าวคือบริบทใหม่ที่จีนเข้ามามีอิทธิพลในประเทศเพื่อนบ้านของอินเดีย ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ยุทธศาสตร์ที่สำคัญของอินเดีย คือ บริเวณมหาสมุทรอินเดีย ผ่านยุทธศาสตร์เส้นทางสายไหมแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยโครงการขุดคลองไทยเป็นหนึ่งในความคาดหวังของจีนที่พยายามผลักดันให้เป็นระเบียงเศรษฐกิจภาคพื้นทะเล การดำเนินการเชิงรุกของจีน รวมถึงท่าทีที่คลุมเครือของไทยและจีนในการดำเนินการโครงการนี้ การปล่อยกู้ การสนับสนุนเงินในการสร้างโครงสร้างพื้นฐานต่าง ๆ ที่มีข้อผูกมัดหากไม่เป็นไปตามข้อตกลง จีนจะดำเนินการเจรจาและควบคุมดูแลโครงการนั้นเอง ด้วยเหตุนี้จึงทำให้อินเดียกังวลและปรับเปลี่ยนมุมมองต่อโครงการขุดคลองไทย ที่อาจจะส่งผลต่อความเสถียรภาพในภูมิภาค ความมั่นคงและผลประโยชน์แห่งชาติของอินเดีย

การอนุมัติ "หลักสามประการว่าด้วยการถ่ายโอนยุทโธปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยีป้องกันประเทศ" ค.ศ. 2014 เกิดขึ้นสืบเนื่องจากการประกาศแผนยุทธศาสตร์ความมั่นคงแห่งชาติโดยรัฐบาลอาเบะ เพื่อผ่อนปรนข้อจำกัดและขยายขอบเขตการส่งออกถ่ายโอนยุทโธปกรณ์ให้สอดรับกับนโยบายสันติภาพเชิงรุก และตอบสนองต่อสภาวการณ์ความมั่นคงปัจจุบัน สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้จึงมุ่งศึกษาเพื่อตอบคำถามว่า การปรับนโยบายการส่งออกยุทโธปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยีป้องกันประเทศของญี่ปุ่นไปยังภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ด้วยการอนุมัติหลักสามประการฯ ค.ศ. 2014 นั้นตอบสนองต่อเป้าหมายยุทธศาสตร์ความมั่นคงของญี่ปุ่นอย่างไร ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การส่งออกยุทโธปกรณ์ของญี่ปุ่นไปยังประเทศในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้เป็นการผสมผสานทั้งการถ่ายโอนแบบให้เปล่าและการเสนอขายตามปกติ ควบคู่ไปกับการกระชับความสัมพันธ์ผ่านโครงการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพ และการแลกเปลี่ยนทางการทหารที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับยุทโธปกรณ์ ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นนัยยะในการเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงของญี่ปุ่นด้วยการดำเนินนโยบาย "การประกันความเสี่ยง" หรือ Hedging โดยใช้การส่งออกยุทโธปกรณ์เป็นช่องทางหนึ่งในการขยายบทบาททางทหาร และสร้างเครือข่ายหุ้นส่วนทางยุทธศาสตร์ระหว่างประเทศที่มีแนวคิดทางความมั่นคงร่วมกัน เพื่อเป้าหมายในการถ่วงดุลอิทธิพลจีนไม่ให้สั่นคลอนสภาวะที่เป็นอยู่ในภูมิภาค และเป็นการเพิ่มทางเลือกในการรับมือกับความไม่แน่นอนของพันธมิตรสหรัฐฯ-ญี่ปุ่น

ขบวนการร่ม (Umbrella Movement) หรือการชุมนุมประท้วงในฮ่องกงในปี ค.ศ. 2014 เพื่อเรียกร้องให้ชาวฮ่องกงมีส่วนร่วมในกระบวนการเลือกตั้งผู้บริหารสูงสุด กลายมาเป็นขบวนการเคลื่อนไหวทางสังคมซึ่งมีการเข้ายึดพื้นที่ในจุดที่สำคัญต่าง ๆ เพื่อกดดันรัฐบาลฮ่องกงรวมถึงรัฐบาลปักกิ่ง และในขณะเดียวกัน ได้มีการใช้พื้นที่บนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ในการสร้างพื้นที่สาธารณะแบบเสมือนจริงเพื่อส่งเสริมขบวนการเคลื่อนไหว บทความวิชาการนี้ต้องการที่จะศึกษาลักษณะหรือรูปแบบการเคลื่อนไหวออนไลน์ของขบวนการร่มที่สอดคล้องกับขบวนการเคลื่อนไหวที่สำคัญในประเทศต่าง ๆ ทั่วโลกในห้วงเวลาเดียวกัน (ปี ค.ศ. 2011 - 2014) โดยเฉพาะการใช้แฮชแท็กผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ของขบวนการร่มในการเชื่อมโยงผู้คนระหว่างกันจนกลายเป็น Hashtag activism ที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการผลักดันเสียงของประชาชนให้เป็นที่ถกเถียงบนพื้นที่สาธารณะ รวมถึงศึกษาการใช้มีมในขบวนการร่มซึ่งสะท้อนความคิดทางวัฒนธรรม สัญลักษณ์ หรือการปฏิบัติ ที่สามารถส่งความรู้สึกต่างๆ จากบุคคลหนึ่งไปสู่อีกคนหนึ่งได้ ผ่านการเขียน พูด ท่าทาง ภาพล้อเลียน เป็นต้น สุดท้ายบทความชิ้นนี้ยังวิเคราะห์ข้อจำกัดในการเคลื่อนไหวของขบวนการร่มบนสื่อออนไลน์
