Abstract: Different matching proposals meeting the constraints were multi-objective optimized with the combined matrix, and a new regenerative braking control strategy for electric vehicle was designed. According to the design targets of pure electric vehicle, the parameters of drive motor, battery pack and reducer were analyzed. Multi-objective optimization function was designed with the linearity weighted aggregation method, considering both power and economy of electric vehicle, and the vehicle performance of different proposals was comparatively measured through Cruise combined matrix simulation. Abstract: The non-uniformity characteristic is the crucial factors affecting the image quality projected by infrared imaging resistor array, and which affects the fidelity of the infrared scene simulation. The non-uniformity characters of the infrared imaging simulation resistor array were analyzed based on measured data; the sparse grid and the flood non-uniformity correction technologies were investigated and analyzed and based on the existing measuring technology the improved sparse grid method for engineering was proposed. Abstract: In order to obtain high discrimination image representations in limited amount of datasets, the method based on mixed deep transfer learning model was proposed. When trained CNNs transferred to the target datasets, fully-connected layers were replaced by RBM layers. The method retrained the RBM layers and Softmax classifier, then fine-tuned the mixed model with backpropagation algorithm. The RBM layers not only fully connected whole feature maps, but also learned the target datasets' statistical features in the view of the biggest logarithmic likelihood, to eliminate the effects caused by the content differences between datasets. Abstract: NPP Main Steam Line Break (MSLB) plus Steam Generator Tube Rupture (SGTR) and Safety Injection (SI) failure is severe accident (SA) process with complex phenomena in reactor vessel. The severe accident process serial was analyzed using the latest version of Modular Accident Analysis Program 5 (MAAP5). The whole trends of the simulation result agreed well with the anticipated process serial, which could provide training material to the full scope simulator and the related evidence to make detailed severe accident management guidelines (SAMG).

Abstract: The braking condition has great influence on the thermal-mechanical coupling characteristics of disc brake. A three-degree-of-freedom dynamic model of braking vehicle was built. The braking force was determined by an anti-lock braking system (ABS) which adopted the threshold-logical control strategy of wheel slip rate. With the model, anti-lock braking processes on dry and wet were simulated. In the meantime, for the sake of comparison, non-anti-lock braking processes were simulated on corresponding road. Abstract: A spatiotemporal saliency detection method based on Gestalt optimization is proposed. A method based on the multi-scale local sparse representation and local contrast measure is proposed to compute the spatial saliency in the infrared videos. A multi-frame symmetric difference approach is adopted to detect the temporal saliency. To get the initial spatiotemporal saliency map, a scheme based on the mutual-consistency is designed to fuse the spatial and temporal saliency maps adaptively. Abstract: Complex coordination exists among the various equipment in the system-of-system (SoS) operational process. The influence relationship among the various indexes is ignored in the traditional effectiveness evaluation methods. Aiming at this, a new effectiveness evaluation approach for the SoS is proposed. Numerous evaluation data is analyzed, based on the association rules mining, to obtain the influence among the effectiveness indexes. The networked evaluation index system is constructed, and the effectiveness integration evaluation is realized based on the analytic network process. The feasibility and validity of the proposed method are verified by evaluating the effectiveness of an air defense SoS.

Abstract: To study the avoidance behavior in the evacuation process, a cellular automaton model considering avoidance behavior is established. The model divides the evacuees into avoiders and transferees, and reflects the avoidance behavior by changing the selected probability of evacuees. The impact of the avoidance behavior on the efficiency and evacuation process in different personnel ratios and different initial positions is analyzed. Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of fire evacuation in the initial stage of the vertical ship lift and reduce the evacuation time, the structure and evacuation channel of the vertical ship lift are analyzed to identity the vertical evacuation path. The vertical evacuation time is determined by comparing the evacuation time of stairs and elevator based on the docking rules of cargos. Aiming at the shortest vertical evacuation time the evacuation time of the different docking elevations is simulated to obtain the optimal evacuation plan. Abstract: Accurately predicting highway traffic holiday flow can provide important data for the emergency management of highway. The LSTM-SVR prediction model is established by using the theoretical framework of deep learning. The BP neural network is used to process the sample data, and the data features captured by LSTM are input into the SVR regression layer to realize the traffic flow prediction. Before and after the “Eleventh” Golden Week, the LSTM-SVR model was verified by using the traffic monitoring data of the intermodulation station in Lijiang City and the prediction results were compared with the others.
