The proposed pipeline is approximately 43.3 miles (69.7 km) in length and located near Pecos, Texas in Ward and Reeves counties. This report encompasses only the portion of the proposed Halcon Pipeline located on two tracts of Permanent School Fund land in Reeves County, Texas. At the request of LGI Homes-Texas LLC, Pape-Dawson Engineers (Pape-Dawson) conducted an intensive archaeological survey of the proposed Pinewood Trails project located within Montgomery and Liberty Counties, Texas. The project will consist of construction of a water treatment plant, a wastewater treatment plant, well, and detention pond facility on a total of 9 acres (3.6 hectares [ha]) of land. (Horizon) conducted an intensive cultural resources survey of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) jurisdictional areas within Western Midstream Partners, LP’s (WMP) proposed Red Bluff HP Pipeline Reroute Project located in northwestern Reeves County, Texas (Project Area). Initially, the project spanned approximately 3.9-miles from State Highway 151 to United States Highway 90, in west San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. In 2017, the project alignment was split into 2 segments: Segment 1 (northern half) and Segment 2 (southern half). In 2014, Prewitt and Associates, Inc., performed data recovery excavations at site 41MS99 in Mason County for the Texas Department of Transportation, Environmental Affairs Division, under Texas Antiquities Permit No. 6876. The investigations were prompted by the planned construction of a bridge over Comanche Creek on the north edge of the City of Mason (CSJ No. 0914-26-006), in compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and its implementing regulations (36 CFR Part 800) and the Antiquities Code of Texas.
The excavations consisted chiefly of 114 hand-dug units covering 113.6 m2 and accounting for 86.7 m3 of sediment. …

Raba Kistner, Inc. (RKI), was contracted by the Fort Bend Independent School District (FBISD) (CLIENT) to conduct archaeological investigations for approximately 7.31-acres located near Arcola, Fort Bend County, Texas, that is proposed to be developed with a high school campus (Figure 1-1). In April 2019, RKI conducted an intensive pedestrian survey with shovel testing of approximately 80-acres immediately east, north, and south of the current 7.31-acre project area (Matthews and Ward 2019). BOB Hydrographics, LLC (BOB) conducted an underwater archaeological survey for a proposed barge fleeting area on Buffalo Bayou in Harris County, Texas. Pertinacity Harbor and Marine Services, LLC funded this study. Schneider Engineering and Consulting, Inc. of Galveston, Texas subcontracted with BOB to conduct this archaeological assessment. The survey spans portions of State Mineral Lease Tracts B and B1 downstream from the East Beltway 8 Bridge in Pasadena. (AmaTerra) conducted two phases of an intensive survey at Stinson Municipal Airport in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. Specific dates of field survey were July 18–22, 2016 (Phase 1 of survey), December 11–13, 2017 (Phase 2 of survey, geophysical investigation), and January 15, 2018–February 1, 2018 (Phase 2 of survey).
