This study assessed the menace of ICT induced deviant acts among library users most especially, undergraduates in public university libraries in South-west, Nigeria. The study looked beyond other reasons of deviance among undergraduates to see what libraries have in respect of their security mechanisms and punishment strategies to reduce deviant acts among undergraduates. An ISSN is a number that functions as the identity of a periodical. ISSN registration services in Indonesia are provided through the Indonesian Institute of Sciences. This study aims to determine the inhibiting factors during the ISSN application process in Indonesia. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection through in-depth interviews with ISSN service officers and journal managers was conducted at the end of 2019 and early 2020 to obtain information about ISSN registration in previous years. There are more than 12 library schools in Pakistan producing around 1,000 graduates every year. These graduates hold 16-year BS or MLIS professional qualifications. There is no calculated estimate available concerning the number of related jobs and the vacant ones in the country. The study examined the strategies for overcoming challenges in digital preservation of electronic theses and dissertations in public university libraries in South-East Nigeria. The main aim of this study was to analyze the contents and interactivity of academic library portals in India. The study was confined to a hundred selected academic library websites. A checklist along with a data sheet was used as the tool for data collection and Microsoft Excel was used as the tool for data analysis. In the present study, Literature Connector (LC) has been used portraying relationship and association between areas of research including subject/topical domains. It provides an interactive visualization showing how they are connected by the literature facilitating interdisciplinary research (IDR).
