The study evaluated primary texts' availability and utilisation status in core subjects (English Language, Mathematics, Social Studies and Basic Science) in primary schools’ libraries in Obubra Local Government Area of Cross River State. The researchers formulated six null hypotheses to guide the study. The study adopted the descriptive survey research design. The target population of this study comprised a total of 30,036 teachers and pupils, distributed across the 73 public primary schools. The present study aims to investigate a mapping of 211 research articles published in the Malaysian Journal of Library and Information Science (MJLIS) between 2011 and 2020. The scientometric analysis emphasizes Issue-wise & Volume-wise distribution of articles, authorship pattern, and most prolific author, length of articles, reference distribution, and geographical distribution. Out of 210 articles, the majority of 174 (82.86%) articles were multiple authorship publications and 36 (17.14%) were single-author publications. This study examines the influence of records management practices, work environment and administrative effectiveness in Lagos State Judiciary, Nigeria. The study adopted a survey research design. The population of the study consisted of 328 administrative staff of Lagos State Judiciary, Nigeria. Total enumeration was used. Cronbach’s Alpha reliability coefficients for the constructs ranged from 0.93 to 0.94. A response rate of 100% was achieved. This increased use of digital technologies is often associated with digital fatigue.
