The study aims to examine the nexus between ICT use and service delivery in the Universities, in Ekiti State, Nigeria. The descriptive survey research design was used for the study. The population consists of one hundred and fifteen (115) Library personnel in the three universities in Ekiti State. The purpose of the study was to assess the correlation between four bibliometric indicators (Impact Factor-IF, Eigenfactor Score-ES, SCImago Journal Rank-SJR, and H5 index) of typical online medical journals were selected from the medical group. Findings from the study evident that in accordance with Pearson’s (r) statistical correlation there is a high significance between four indicators and as per Spearman’s rho statistical correlation there is an association between the three indicators i.e. JIF, SJR, and H5. Worldwide, faculty members mostly use EIS for teaching, learning, research, and professional development. Though, evidence is lacking to address the EIS preferences among the academicians of private sector universities in the study context. To fill this gap, using a convenient sample technique, a survey was conducted, and a structured questionnaire was used as a data collection tool from 630 permanent faculty members of private sector universities at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Due to rapid smartphone health application growth and usage, we analyzed literature published in the field of spHealth Apps. SciVerse Scopus was used as the database of choice for this study. This paper describes the transactional patterns of Ebook Library (EBL), one of the aggregator platforms owned by ProQuest, e-book titles at the Edith Cowan University (ECU), Western Australia to know the way and extent of usage. This study is longitudinal, involving three years’ worth of EBL usage data, investigating information seeking behavior by scholarly users of e-books employing statistical log analysis of the metadata datasets (logs) that describe e-book use.
