The present study focuses on the Social and Web presence of 27 Cultural Heritage Organisations in India. The purpose of this study is to investigate the domain authority, number of webpages, links, calculate the web impact factors and link-mentions on Social Networking Sites of the websites of Cultural Heritage Organisations and rank them accordingly. Analysing the websites of the Cultural Heritage Organisations it was found that majority of them have '.gov.in' domain name in their URLs. Considering the enormous responsibilities placed on school librarians, this study explored the sociodemographic determinants of school librarians’ psychological wellbeing in Nigeria. This study used an ex-post facto research design. Drawing from the scientific research paradigm and quantitative research approach, data were obtained on 145 school librarians using the Psychological wellbeing scale (α = .82). The 145 librarians were sampled from both Federal and state Universities in southeast Nigeria. The data were analysed using the mean and analysis of variance. The study aimed at determining the information literacy skills on the use of e-resources by undergraduate students using the Big6 information literacy skills Model. Quantitative research methodology was used, and a total 2,484 sample using Sloven’s formula was obtained from a population of 61,804 undergraduate students. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data and was analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings revealed that the undergraduate students were aware of the information literacy programmes in the Universities (mean=3.87) and possess the necessary information literacy skills to utilize e-resources (mean=3.45). Around the world, libraries face the challenge of being underutilized, and special libraries in Sri Lanka in particular are no exception. Studies show that this can be overcome through marketing. Current study determines how marketing is applied in special libraries in the Colombo district, Sri Lanka and their future prospects in marketing. The study identifies the current marketing activities, marketing techniques and librarians’ perception towards marketing in selected special libraries (n=50) in the Colombo district.

This paper presents the findings of a study on readiness of the University of Zambia in participating in research data management services in the COVID-19 and post Covid eras. The study adopted a qualitative research method and employed purposive sampling. In-depth interviews were conducted with key informants in the University. Purpose

This study aimed to look into the interest in and use of WhatsApp technology among National College of Business Administration & Economics (NCBAE) University Pakistan library users.

Design/methodology/approach

A Google Forms questionnaire was designed and emailed to students from various departments at the National College of Business Administration and Economics University of Pakistan. SPSS 22 was used to tabulate and analyze the data for this paper.
