The present paper examined user opinion and satisfaction about library information resources in engineering college libraries. The tool employed for collecting data is a questionnaire. The questionnaire is designed in such a way to collect the data from faculty members of engineering college libraries. Questionnaires were circulated among 890 library users and received 705 responses. The response rate is 79%. This study examined the psychometric properties of the Knowledge Sharing Behavior Scale (KSBS) using academicians at the University of Sargodha, Sargodha. The quantitative research design was adopted using a survey questionnaire to collect data from academicians. This study was carried out to investigate postgraduate students’ perception, utilization and purposes of using cyberspace information resources and services in five federal universities in southwest Nigeria. The descriptive research design was adopted for this study. The purposive sampling technique was used to select a sample size of 1058 postgraduate students from five federal universities. Instrument for data collection include a well-structured questionnaire. The study witnessed a 95% return rate of the distributed questionnaire. The study analyzed the content of selected IISERs library websites data collected through the online survey of selected IISERs library websites with 57 checklists under general information, library website features, information on library resources, library services, web 2.0 features, web browser compatibility. The study presents IISER Mohali got the first rank with 48 points and IISER Bhopal and Pune on the second position with 46 points and IISER Kolkata got 37 points on third position IISER Thiruvananthapuram on the fourth position with 30 points.
