งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะและสาเหตุของปัญหา อุปสรรค ตลอดจนแนวทางแก้ไขเกี่ยวกับการให้บริการสาธารณะตามบทบาทและภารกิจของด่านตรวจคนหางานสุวรรณภูมิ และแนวทางการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการสาธารณะตามบทบาทและภารกิจของด่านตรวจคนหางานสุวรรณภูมิภายใต้หลักการของการบริหารราชการโดยยึดประชาชนเป็นศูนย์กลาง โดยการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) ด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยหัวหน้าด่านตรวจคนหางานสุวรรณภูมิ และเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฎิบัติงานในด่านตรวจคนหางานสุวรรณภูมิ จากการศึกษาพบว่าปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการส่งมอบบริการสาธารณะให้กับประชาชน ได้แก่ การขาดความชัดเจนของข้อกฎหมายในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ การทำงานร่วมกับสำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง ปัญหาการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรบุคลากร รวมถึงผู้จะเดินทางไปทำงานต่างประเทศยังขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจในขั้นตอนการเดินทางและวิธีการเดินทางไปทำงานที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย สำหรับแนวทางแก้ไข ได้แก่ การแก้ไขหรือปรับปรุงข้อกฎหมายที่ใช้ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ให้ชัดเจนมากขึ้นและ/หรืออาจยกเลิกบางข้อกฎหมาย การสร้างข้อตกลงในการทำงานร่วมกันกับสำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง การขยายกรอบอัตรากำลังของด่านตรวจคนหางานสุวรรณภูมิ และการให้หน่วยงานในสังกัดกรมการจัดหางานร่วมกันประชาสัมพันธ์นำความรู้และข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องไปสู่ประชาชนอย่างทั่วถึง โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในจังหวัดที่มีผู้เดินทางไปทำงานต่างประเทศจำนวนมาก ทั้งนี้ผลการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพของการให้บริการสาธารณะโดยยึดประชาชนเป็นศูนย์กลางพบว่ามีข้อเสนอแนะหลายประการ ได้แก่ การทำให้ด่านตรวจคนหางานสุวรรณภูมิเป็นที่รู้จักมากขึ้น การเพิ่มการตรวจตราผู้ลักลอบไปทำงานต่างประเทศ การยกระดับด่านตรวจคนหางานสุวรรณภูมิเป็น One Stop Service การอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาและเพิ่มพูนความเชี่ยวชาญให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ การขยายกรอบอัตรากำลัง และการสร้างความมั่นใจในการทำงานงานโดยมีผู้บังคับบัญชาคอยให้ความช่วยเหลือ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อค้นหาคุณลักษณะการสื่อสารของนวัตกรที่มีประสิทธิผลในเครือข่ายสังเคราะห์นวัตกรรมของประเทศไทย เป็นการวิจัยเพื่อการสำรวจหรือการวิจัยเชิงบุกเบิกด้วยระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนวัตกรที่มีประสิทธิผล (มีผลงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง) จำนวน 20 ท่าน คัดเลือกแบบหลายขั้นตอนร่วมกับการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงจากฐานข้อมูลสิทธิบัตรของกรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึกเป็นเครื่องมือหลักในการวิจัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์ด้วยการวิเคราะห์แก่นสาระ ผลการวิจัยแบ่งออกได้เป็น 2 ส่วน คือ 1. โครงสร้างเครือข่ายและความสัมพันธ์: เครือข่ายสังเคราะห์นวัตกรรมที่นวัตกรที่มีประสิทธิผลสังกัด ประกอบด้วยสมาชิกความเชี่ยวชาญหลากหลาย (สหวิทยาการ/สหวิชาชีพ) แต่มีทัศนคติและวิธีคิดสอดคล้องกัน จึงทำงานร่วมกันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สมาชิกในเครือข่ายฯ ได้รับมอบหมายบทบาทแตกต่างกันตามศักยภาพ และมีความสัมพันธ์กันบนพื้นฐานการทำงานเป็นหลัก โดยเครือข่ายฯ มีผู้นำ (มักได้แก่ตัวนวัตกรที่มีประสิทธิผล) รวมถึงผู้จัดการที่มีทักษะการสื่อสาร มีภาวะผู้นำสูง รอบรู้หลายเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตัดสินใจในแต่ละขั้นตอนได้เร็ว รวมถึงมีทักษะการบริหารจัดการที่สามารถควบคุมปัจจัยในการทำงานที่ยากภายใต้ข้อจำกัดด้านทรัพยากรและเวลาได้ นอกจากนี้ นวัตกรในเครือข่ายฯ จะทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นหากสามารถ 1) เชื่อมโยงกับสมาชิก/หน่วยงานที่มีต้นทุนทางสังคมสูง ได้แก่ สมาชิก/หน่วยงานที่มีชื่อเสียง เป็นที่ยอมรับระดับสูง และ/หรือมีเครือข่ายด้านแหล่งทุนที่พร้อมและเอื้อต่อการทำงาน และ 2) ดำเนินงานภายใต้องค์กรที่มีระบบงานสนับสนุนซึ่งเอื้อต่อกระบวนการสังเคราะห์นวัตกรรม หรือเอื้อต่อการพัฒนาเครือข่ายสังเคราะห์นวัตกรรมให้เป็นหน่วยงานใหม่ที่มีข้อจำกัดในการทำงานน้อยลง 2. พฤติกรรมการสื่อสาร: สมาชิกเครือข่ายสังเคราะห์นวัตกรรมที่นวัตกรที่มีประสิทธิผลสังกัด มักเปิดกว้างทางความคิดแต่ยังปรากฏการคิดตามกลุ่ม (groupthink) บ้าง มักทำงานร่วมกันเป็นกลุ่มย่อยแบบไม่เป็นทางการ เพราะคล่องตัวและแก้ไขปัญหาได้ทันท่วงที มีพฤติกรรมการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล/การถ่ายทอดความรู้แบบทุกทิศทางและเกิดขึ้นตลอดเวลา โดยการแสดงความคิดเห็นที่เป็นที่ยอมรับต้องมีหลักฐานทางวิชาการสนับสนุน ในกรณีของการทำงานเป็นกลุ่มใหญ่เพื่อตัดสินใจหรือแก้ไขปัญหาร่วมกัน สมาชิกเครือข่ายฯ จะโต้แย้งแสดงเหตุผลเพื่อลดให้เหลือเฉพาะตัวเลือกที่สำคัญแล้วให้ผู้นำเครือข่ายตัดสินใจอีกครั้ง นอกจากนี้ แนวทางสำคัญของการสื่อสารภายในเครือข่ายฯ ได้แก่ 1) การเปิดกว้างให้สมาชิกสื่อสารได้ทุกเรื่อง 2) ผู้นำ/ผู้จัดการควรสร้างกระบวนการทำงานและการสื่อสารที่ถูกต้อง ชัดเจน รวดเร็ว 3) สมาชิกควรมีทักษะในการสื่อสารให้เข้าใจง่าย และทราบว่าต้องสื่อสารเรื่องใด กับใคร อย่างไร และ 4) มีการจัดการความรู้ (เช่น จัดทำคู่มือ รายงาน แนวปฏิบัติที่ดี ฯลฯ) เพื่อลดขั้นตอนในสิ่งที่ต้องสื่อสารกันบ่อยครั้ง

ประสิทธิผลของการปรึกษาหารือของสมาชิกวุฒิสภาในการแสดงบทบาทของวุฒิสภาต่อหน่วยงานภาครัฐ, กวินท์ นิลประสิทธิ์

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของการปรึกษาหารือของสมาชิกวุฒิสภาที่เป็นช่องทางในการแสดงบทบาทของวุฒิสภาในการกำกับตรวจสอบการบริหารราชการแผ่นดินของรัฐบาล หรือภารกิจอื่นใดตามที่รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย พ.ศ. 2560 ได้บัญญัติไว้ โดยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมในเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพ เนื่องจากมีการเก็บข้อมูลและพรรณนาเชิงสถิติที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการปรึกษาหารือของสมาชิกวุฒิสภา และศึกษาเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของวุฒิสภาไทย ซึ่งจากผลการศึกษาพบว่า กระบวนการปรึกษาหารือของสมาชิกวุฒิสภาเป็นช่องทางหนึ่งในการแสดงบทบาทของวุฒิสภาในการเร่งรัด ตรวจสอบ การบริหารราชการแผ่นดินของรัฐบาล ซึ่งเป็นเครื่องมือที่สามารถสะท้อนปัญหาที่เห็นควรต้องได้รับการแก้ไข หรือข้อเสนอแนะ ให้รัฐบาลรวมถึงหน่วยงานภาครัฐทั้งหมดได้ดำเนินการให้สอดคล้องตามประเด็นของข้อปรึกษาหารือนั้น ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับหน้าที่และบทบาทตามรัฐธรรมนูญ 2560 เป็นประโยชน์ต่อประเทศชาติและประชาชน แต่การแสดงบทบาทดังกล่าวนั้นผ่านกลไกข้อปรึกษาหารือของสมาชิกวุฒิสภา พบว่าข้อปรึกษาหารือของสมาชิกวุฒิสภาไม่ได้รับการให้ความสำคัญเป็นอันดับแรกจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ซึ่งมีข้อสังเกตว่าสาเหตุที่เป็นเช่นนี้ เนื่องจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐมีภารกิจ หน้าที่และอำนาจโดยตรงเดิมอยู่แล้วในการปฏิบัติตามกลไกราชการแบบปกติ เมื่อศึกษาจากสารนิพนธ์นี้ จึงสรุปได้ว่า ประสิทธิผลของการปรึกษาหารือทำได้ค่อนข้างน้อย หรือการปรึกษาหารือของสมาชิกวุฒิสภานั้น ไม่ได้ส่งผลต่อการแสดงบทบาทของวุฒิสภามากนัก

การศึกษางานวิจัยเรื่อง ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพึงพอใจในสวัสดิการกับความผูกพันองค์กร: กรณีศึกษา พนักงาน บริษัท วิทยุการบินแห่งประเทศไทย จำกัด ที่ปฏิบัติงานส่วนสำนักงานใหญ่ ในยุค Post-COVID-19 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาความพึงพอใจในสวัสดิการของพนักงาน ศึกษาความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของพนักงาน และศึกษาความพึงพอใจในสวัสดิการที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของพนักงาน โดยได้ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลผ่านแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 323 คน ผลจากการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า พนักงานมีความพึงพอใจในสวัสดิการโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีความพึงพอใจในสวัสดิการด้านสุขภาพมากที่สุด ส่วนสวัสดิการด้านอื่นๆ ได้รับความพึงพอใจในระดับปานกลาง และพบว่าพนักงานมีความรู้สึกผูกพันต่อองค์กรในระดับที่รู้สึกเห็นด้วยต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์กร พนักงานที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลแตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจในสวัสดิการ ไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านประเภทกลุ่มงาน ที่มีความพึงพอใจในสวัสดิการแตกต่างกัน พนักงานที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลแตกต่างกัน มีความผูกพันต่อองค์กร แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และลักษณะการปฏิบัติงาน ที่พนักงานมีความผูกพันต่อองค์กรไม่แตกต่างกัน โดยความพึงพอใจในสวัสดิการด้านเกี่ยวกับการเงิน สวัสดิการด้านสุขภาพ และสวัสดิการด้านวันหยุด ของพนักงาน ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์กร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Entomological and microbiological evidence can be used in the estimation of postmortem intervals (PMI). This study observes the horizontal and vertical transmission of the microbial community associated with blow flies of forensic importance. Variable region four (V4) of the 16S ribosomal DNA (16S rDNA) was amplified and sequenced from various life stages of blow flies (n=72) using dual-index high throughput sequencing strategy on the MiSeq FGx platform. Studies show that an estimated 21-50% of children who have experienced maltreatment will develop post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) within their lifetime (Schuck & Widom 2019). Research suggests that the type and number of exposures to trauma may influence symptom severity. The rise of social media has led to an increase in social media use and social media addiction. Research has found that social media addiction is influenced by various factors, and this study looks to examine the relation between social media addiction and users' life satisfaction, personality type and age group; and whether the type of social media platform moderates this relationship. This study dispersed survey questionnaires and conducted an ANCOVA to analyze the results. The purpose of this study was to determine how kinematic, big data can be evaluated using computational, comprehensive analysis of movement parameters in a diverse population.

METHODS

Retrospective data was collected, cleaned, and reviewed for further analysis of biomechanical movement in an active population using 3D collinear resistance loads. The active sample of the population involved in the study ranged from age 7 to 82 years old and respectively identified as active in 13 different sports. However, more information is needed about effective strategies for promoting active engagement in the online classroom, particularly the impact of peer modeling. This study investigated peer modeling and behavioral skills training to increase hand raising and question asking/answering behavior in six elementary school students. Unaccompanied immigrant youth (UIY) face obstacles that can hinder their education in their host countries. Given that educational attainment can help interrupt intergenerational cycles of poverty, the examination of support systems for UIY is critical. This study examined the role of sports-based youth development (SBYD) programs in supporting UIY students using a utilization-focused evaluation. To do this, two groups’ high school graduation rates were compared: (a) UIY participating in an SBYD program and (b) UIY not participating in a SYBD program. A robust research literature suggests that the impact of early adversity on child developmental outcomes is partially mediated or explained by the physiological stress response functioning. Economic hardship, for example, has been linked to dysregulation in levels of the stress hormone cortisol, as has negative parent emotion expression. The Keweenaw fault is perhaps the most significant geologic structure on the Keweenaw Peninsula, with an estimated 7-11 km of reverse slip juxtaposing volcanic strata of the ~1.1 Ga Portage Lake Volcanics above ~1.0 Ga Jacobsville Sandstone. The fault has been interpreted as a rift-bounding normal fault later inverted by compressional pulses of the Grenville Orogeny or, more recently, as part of a detached thrust fault system unrelated to an earlier normal fault. The fault is shown on published maps as a single continuous fault trace whose sinuosity implies multiple fault segments and complex slip dynamics. Mapping along Bête Grise …

While individuals can accurately estimate distances in the real world, this ability is often diminished in virtual reality (VR) simulations, hampering performance across training, entertainment, prototyping, and education domains. To assess distance judgments, the direct blind walking method—having participants walk blindfolded to targets—is frequently used. Typically, direct blind walking measurements are performed after an initial practice phase, where people become comfortable with walking while blindfolded. Surprisingly, little research has explored how such pre-experiment walking impacts subsequent VR distance judgments.
