Abstract: A technique of adaptively extracting the feature regions from radar storm data was proposed based on the meteorological radar theory and historical statistics. A logical analysis strategy was proposed to identify convective cores, searched full convective regions to extract isolated storm cells. The changing of reflectivity data and corresponding gradient were analyzed to classify four typical structures. In order to accurately show the extracted spatial structures of storm cell, a parallel rendering framework was constructed by improving the ray-casting algorithm. Abstract: Support vector machine (SVM) training is difficult for large-scale data set of speech recognition. A new SVM pre-extracting algorithm was proposed. On the one hand, kernel Fuzzy C-Means clustering was separately performed on each class of original data set. All the cluster centers were as a representative set of each class. On the other hand, according to the geometric distribution of support vectors and combined with the classification strategy of one-versus-one for SVM multi-class classification algorithm, boundary samples were extracted as support vectors for SVM to training and prediction. Abstract: Using encryption and authentication mechanisms can only prevent external attacks, but these mechanisms for internal attacks are invalid in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). On-off attack also belongs to internal attacks, which has more concealment and aggressive, due to its reputation value dynamic changing. By using difference value and trend analysis based on BETA distribution, an effective trust mechanism was proposed to defend On-off attack. Simulation shows that this scheme can defend On-off attack, and be easy to implement.

Abstract: A DC motor driven wheeled mobile robot path following control problem was considered, where the robot model was regarded as a cascade system consisting of the equation of the drive motor and the mobile robot kinematics equations. Abstract: A method based on the gray theory and identification model was proposed to predict the short-term wind power generation. GM(2,1) model was applied for establishing a wind speed prediction model with an iterative step. After the wind speed prediction procedure, a finite impulse response moving average nonlinear Hammerstein model was used in the modeling between wind speed and wind power generation. Abstract: To enhance the safety in case of engine flameout failure, a new type of UAV takeoff decision based on neural network capacity model was proposed. Abstract: Pantograph and catenary off-line brings great harm to the safe and reliable operation of subway vehicles. The equivalent process during off-line and the off-line equivalent circuit of subway vehicles was proposed. The status and development of interoperability, especially for C4ISR/Sim Technical Reference Model (TRM), Battle Management Language (MBL), Levels of Conceptual Interoperability Model (LCIM) were studied.
