วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มุ่งศึกษาการรณรงค์ทางการเมืองผ่านเฟซบุ๊กเพจ “ล้านชื่อต้านล้างผิด” “THE METTAD” และ “ลุงตู่ตูน” ซึ่งมีลักษณะเป็นเฟซบุ๊กเพจนิรนามที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนของผู้ก่อตั้งเพจได้ชัดเจน แต่ผลิตเนื้อหาเพื่อสนับสนุนการเปลี่ยนผ่านอำนาจของรัฐบาลพลเอกประยุทธ์และโจมตีคู่แข่งทางการเมืองมาอย่างต่อเนื่องในช่วงฤดูกาลเลือกตั้ง 2562 เพื่อตอบคำถามหลักว่า เฟซบุ๊กเพจเหล่านี้มีลักษณะ บทบาท และนัยสำคัญที่เหมือนหรือต่างจากการรณรงค์ทางการเมืองผ่านช่องทางอื่น ๆ ของรัฐบาลอย่างไร โดยศึกษาในเชิงคุณภาพด้วยแนวทางการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) และการวิจัยเอกสาร เพื่อสำรวจรูปแบบและประเด็นที่เฟซบุ๊กทั้ง 3 เพจใช้ในการรณรงค์ ลักษณะความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้เฟซบุ๊กที่ปรากฏบนเพจ รวมถึงประเด็นที่ถูกหยิบยกไปขยายผลทางการเมือง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า แม้เฟซบุ๊กทั้ง 3 เพจจะนิยมใช้รูปแบบการนำเสนอที่สอดคล้องไปตามวัฒนธรรม การสื่อสารบนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ยุคปัจจุบัน แต่ประเด็นส่วนใหญ่ที่หยิบยกมาสนับสนุนรัฐบาลและโจมตีคู่แข่งกลับยังคง ผูกโยงอยู่กับชุดอุดมการณ์ซึ่งครองอำนาจนำในสังคมไทย ได้แก่ ชาติ ศาสนา พระมหากษัตริย์ แตกต่างจากการรณรงค์ผ่านช่องทางอื่น ๆ ที่มักสนับสนุนรัฐบาลด้วยการนำเสนอนโยบายและผลงาน โดยไม่ปรากฏการโจมตีคู่แข่งด้วยชุด อำนาจนำมากนัก นอกจากนั้น ผู้ใช้เฟซบุ๊กส่วนใหญ่มักแสดงความคิดเห็นไปในเชิงสนับสนุนเนื้อหาที่เพจนำเสนอ จนอาจทำให้เฟซบุ๊กเพจนิรนามเหล่านี้กลายเป็นอีกหนึ่งพื้นที่ห้องเสียงสะท้อน (Echo Chamber) บนโลกออนไลน์ซึ่งรวมกลุ่มคนที่สนับสนุนรัฐบาลพลเอกประยุทธ์เข้ามาไว้ด้วยกัน โดยไม่ได้แพร่กระจายเนื้อหาไปสู่กลุ่มคนที่มีอุดมการณ์แบบอื่น ๆ มากนัก อย่างไรก็ตาม บางประเด็นที่เฟซบุ๊กเพจนิรนามร่วมกันนำเสนอเพื่อโจมตีคู่แข่งทางการเมืองกลับไม่ได้ถูกพูดถึงอยู่ภายในห้องเสียงสะท้อนบนโลกออนไลน์เท่านั้น แต่ยังถูกหยิบยกไปขยายผลทางการเมืองบนโลกจริงผ่านการให้สัมภาษณ์ของบุคคลสาธารณะและการยื่นฟ้องร้องดำเนินคดีโดยบุคคลต่าง ๆ ด้วย จนอาจแสดงให้เห็นถึงพลังอีกแง่หนึ่งของ เฟซบุ๊กเพจนิรนามซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในกลไกที่ทำงานอยู่เบื้องหลังการรณรงค์หาเสียงเลือกตั้ง 2562 และคงจะถูกนำมาประยุกต์ใช้อย่างเข้มข้นมากขึ้นในการเลือกตั้งครั้งต่อ ๆ ไป

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษานัยทางการเมืองที่ปรากฏและแฝงตัวอยู่ภายในสถาปัตยกรรมของอาคารรัฐสภาไทย โดยมุ่งศึกษาไปที่อาคารรัฐสภาสัปปายะสภาสถานซึ่งเป็นอาคารรัฐสภาแห่งที่สามของประเทศ เพื่อตอบคำถามงานวิจัยว่า อาคารรัฐสภาไทยมีแนวคิดในการออกแบบ ความเป็นมาในการจัดตั้ง และความหมายทางการเมืองไทยอย่างไร โดยอาศัยการตีความผ่านหนังสือ เอกสารงานวิจัย และข่าวที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการก่อสร้าง ทั้งในแง่ของแนวคิด การเลือกพื้นที่ และการเลือกแบบในการก่อสร้างของอาคารรัฐสภาไทย ผลการวิจัยประการแรกพบว่า สถาปัตยกรรมของอาคารราชการ โดยเฉพาะสถาปัตยกรรมอาคารรัฐสภาไทยมีนัยยะสำคัญที่สื่อถึงความไม่เท่ากันของอำนาจทางการเมืองระหว่างรัฐและประชาชนผ่านการออกแบบและสถาปัตยกรรม ประการที่สอง พระที่นั่งอนันตสมาคมซึ่งเป็นอาคารที่เดิมถูกออกแบบไว้สำหรับการจัดพระราชพิธีและรับรองพระราชอาคันตุกะ ตกแต่งด้วยภาพวีรกรรมของบูรพกษัตริย์ ก็กลายเป็นสถานที่ซึ่งจัดพระราชทานรัฐธรรมนูญ อันเป็นจุดสำคัญของการเปลี่ยนแปลงระบอบการปกครอง จากระบอบสมบูรณาญาสิทธิราชย์มาเป็นระบอบราชาธิปไตยภายใต้รัฐธรรมนูญ ขณะที่อาคารรัฐสภาแห่งที่สองถูกก่อสร้างในช่วงที่ประเทศถูกปกครองด้วยรัฐบาลทหารอย่างยาวนาน สถาปัตยกรรมแบบทันสมัยของอาคารเป็นการสื่อถึงการเป็นประเทศที่ทันสมัยไปพร้อมกับการเบ่งบานของประชาธิปไตย ประการสุดท้าย อาคารรัฐสภา ‘สัปปายะสภาสถาน’ เป็นอาคารรัฐสภาที่ถูกทีมสถาปนิกออกแบบภายใต้แนวคิดเรื่องคุณค่าทางศีลธรรมจากการเกิดปัญหาความขัดแย้งทางการเมือง ผ่านการออกแบบด้วยคติพุทธ-พราหมณ์ และเรื่องไตรภูมิ อันเป็นรูปแบบจักรวาลวิทยาที่มีพระอาทิตย์และพระจันทร์โคจร บนยอดของอาคารมีเจดีย์พระจุฬามณีเป็นที่ประดิษฐานพระสยามเทวาธิราช แนวความคิดและการออกแบบเหล่านี้เป็นการออกแบบที่มุ่งสร้างศีลธรรมและการอุปถัมภ์จากเทพผู้คุ้มครองรัฐสยาม เพราะทีมสถาปนิกมองว่าปัญหาทางการเมืองเกิดจากนักการเมืองและประชาชนขาดศีลธรรม การเลือกเขาพระสุเมรุมาสร้างเป็นอาคารจะเป็นการทำให้เหล่าผู้ทำงานภายในอาคารระลึกถึงการทำหน้าที่ของตนเพื่อคนในชาติภายใต้การอุปถัมภ์จากเทพผู้คุ้มครองรัฐสยาม แต่ในอีกด้านหนึ่งพระสยามเทวาธิราชก็แสดงถึงการที่จัดให้สถาบันกษัตริย์เป็นผู้อยู่ในลำดับที่สูงที่สุดในจักรวาลวิทยาแบบไทยเหนือคุณค่าของประชาธิปไตยแบบตะวันตก

พัฒนาการกลุ่มอนุรักษ์นิยมสุดขั้วในขบวนการต่อต้านทักษิณ, วสุชน รักษ์ประชาไท

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ศึกษาพัฒนาการการเคลื่อนไหวกลุ่มอนุรักษ์นิยมสุดขั้วในขบวนการต่อต้านทักษิณ โดยพยายามตอบคำถามว่า กลุ่มอนุรักษ์นิยมสุดขั้วในขบวนการต่อต้านทักษิณมีพัฒนาการทางความคิดและปฏิบัติการเคลื่อนไหวอย่างไร ส่งผลต่อขบวนการต่อต้านทักษิณในภาพรวมและต่อการเมืองไทยอย่างไร ผ่านกรอบแนวคิดขบวนการเคลื่อนไหวทางสังคม 3 แนวคิดได้แก่ แนวคิดระดมทรัพยากร แนวคิดโครงสร้างโอกาสทางการเมือง และแนวคิดกระบวนการสร้างและจัดระเบียบกรอบโครงความคิด การเก็บข้อมูลประกอบด้วยการวิจัยเอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแกนนำกลุ่มการเคลื่อนไหวจำนวน 5 คน และผู้เข้าร่วมการเคลื่อนไหวจำนวน 20 คน การศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มอนุรักษ์นิยมสุดขั้วในขบวนการต่อต้านทักษิณมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางความคิดและปฏิบัติการเคลื่อนไหวในลักษณะที่เป็นพลวัต พวกเขาเติบโตในช่วงเวลาที่อยู่ภายใต้ขบวนการพันธมิตรฯ ต่อมาได้แยกออกจากขบวนการใหญ่เพื่อขยายฐานมวลชนและกำหนดประเด็นการต่อสู้ใหม่ที่เน้นการปกป้องชาติ-ศาสน์-กษัตริย์ จนทำให้เกิดความขัดแย้งกับกลุ่มพลังอื่น ๆ ในขบวนการ อย่างไรก็ตามกลุ่มอนุรักษ์นิยมสุดขั้วได้สมานความขัดแย้งกับกลุ่มอื่น ๆ ในช่วงก่อนเกิดขบวนการกปปส. และเข้าร่วมกับขบวนการต่อต้านทักษิณขบวนการใหญ่อีกครั้งในปี พ.ศ.2556 – 2557 โดยตลอดระยะเวลาการเคลื่อนไหว กลุ่มอนุรักษ์นิยมสุดขั้วมีบทบาทเป็นผู้ปลุกกระแสต่อต้านทักษิณและจัดตั้งมวลชนให้พร้อมสำหรับการชุมนุม ซึ่งส่งผลให้ขบวนการต่อต้านทักษิณในภาพรวมเกิดความต่อเนื่อง เปิดโอกาสให้ทหารมีพื้นที่ในการเมืองไทย และมวลชนที่เข้าร่วมเคลื่อนไหวเริ่มปฏิเสธกระบวนการแก้ไขปัญหาตามระบอบประชาธิปไตย

The present study was purposed to explore a theoretical model hypothesized to explain the relationship between bullying victimization and depressive mood with self-compassion and resilience as mediators. Participants were 371 junior high school students in the Bangkok metropolitan area. The participants' mean age was 12.95 years old. Participants were predominantly males and responded to the study measures online. Data obtained were analyzed using a path analysis on SPSS AMOS. The proposed theoretical model did not fit with the empirical data; hence, a model modification was conducted. Results indicated a good fit, (X2 (2, N=371) =2.42, p=.09). This online experiment aims to examine self-construal as a moderator to prevent negative effect, namely, mental intrusions and autobiographical memory about being incompetent, from hostile and benevolent sexism. Thai female undergraduates (N = 89) aged between 18 to 24 (M = 20.30, SD = 1.30) were recruited through convenience sampling technique. Participants were randomly assigned to either benevolent sexism or hostile sexism condition followed by one of the three self-construal written task (independent, interdependent, or no self-construal conditions). Corpus linguistic research has consistently shown that there is an interconnectedness between patterns and meanings in language use (Hunston and Francis, 2000; Römer, 2006). With regard to the present perfect, little attention has been paid to the relationship between verb patterns and meanings expressed through the tense. This research aims to investigate metaphorical patterns in the US legalization of same-sex marriage discourse to shed light on how metaphor is employed to conceptualize same-sex marriage controversies. To this end, a specialized corpus which contains 254 news articles published in 2015 was compiled. The metaphorical expressions in the corpus were analyzed with both "Conceptual Metaphor Theory" (CMT) and "Conceptual Blending Theory" (CBT) to cover not simply the pedestrian uses of metaphors, but also the wild and creative expressions. This paper estimates trade creation and trade diversion effects of China's effective free trade agreements (FTAs) as of 2019. The annual trade data used in this study cover 32 economies with 25-year span (1995-2019). Using gravity type of model, trade creation and trade creation effects are estimated by applying ordinary least square (OLS) and Poisson Pseudo-Maximum Likelihood (PPML) techniques with various fixed effects. This study investigates the impact of bank competition on bank stability of China over the 2006–2019 period. We use unbalanced panel data from 38 Chinese commercial banks. We employ the natural logarithm of the Z-score to measure bank stability, and the NPL ratio to measure bank credit risk. Meanwhile, the competition was measured through Panzar-Rosse H-statistic. The study uses both the linear and non-linear regression models and investigates effect of the interest rate liberalization in China. This research studies the impact of competition on bank stabilities, which are capital adequacy, non-performing loans ratio, interest income risk, and non-interest income risk. Lerner index is used to proxy degree of non-structural bank competition. We use data on 11 Thai commercial banks from the year 2010 to 2018 and employ Panel Least Square regression. Our results show that banks with higher market power tend to have lower risk lending behaviors. This thesis studies the impact of factors influencing ex-prisoners' labour market re-entry. It is separated into three studies. The first study evaluates the effect of beauty premiums from cosmetic surgery on male ex-prisoners under asymmetric information settings where employers are unaware of candidates' criminal history. Using a Choice Experiment approach (CEs), the beauty from cosmetic surgery performs as the signal submitted to 400 employers.
