The use of information resources and services provided in the Library is paramount to undergraduates’ educational activities. However, low use of information resources and services have been presumed among undergraduates hence the study examined the use of information resources and services among undergraduates in Ibadan Library School. The study population consisted of 144 undergraduates in the Ibadan Library School. Total enumeration was used. This study focused on the development of a mathematical model required for estimating the number of adopters of ICT devices among libraries located in Nigeria. Data for this study was collected from 121 respondents selected based on a research survey approach using simple random sampling. 9 ICT devices were identified, namely: PCs, printers/fax machines, search engines, e-library systems, bulk SMS services, library management systems, bar/QR code readers, projectors and video conferencing. To this end, this study examined self-concept and librarians’ commitment in University Libraries in Southern, Nigeria using a survey research. This study focused on competencies of library and information professionals, using technological paradigm shift as yardstick. The study used a survey method and questionnaire to collect data from the respondents in 3 universities in south west, namely Augustine University Library (AUL), Epe, Lagos State; Sola Akinrinade Library (SAL), Osun State University, Osun State and Albert Ilemobade Library (AIL), Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State. 24 respondents were randomly selected for the study, from which 18 respondents completed and returned their questionnaires. This study examined digital literacy skills as determinants of library usage among undergraduates in two Private Universities in Oyo State, Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive and non-experimental survey research design which involved the use of questionnaire as the instrument for data collection. The targeted population of the study comprised of 8020 users who are undergraduates of the Ajayi Crowther University Library and Lead City University Library, while 481 respondents formed the sample using the sample size at confidence level of 95% and P=0.5.
