สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ มุ่งศึกษานโยบายต่างประเทศของจีนที่มีต่ออนุภูมิภาคลุ่มน้ำโขง โดยเฉพาะภายใต้การดำเนินงานของกรอบความร่วมมือล้านช้าง - แม่โขง (Lancang - Mekong Cooperation: LMC) ระหว่างปี ค.ศ. 2016 ถึง 2020 เพื่อวิเคราะห์แรงจูงใจที่ทำให้จีนต้องการจัดตั้งกรอบความร่วมมือดังกล่าว โดยผู้วิจัยใช้กรอบแนวคิดการเปลี่ยนผ่านของอำนาจ (Power transition theory) ของ A.F.K. Organski และ Jacek Kugler เป็นแนวทางในการวิเคราะห์ การศึกษาครั้งนี้พบว่า แรงจูงใจสำคัญที่ทำให้จีนจัดตั้งกรอบความร่วมมือล้านช้าง – แม่โขง มี 3 ประการ ได้แก่ (1) เพื่อใช้เป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการบริหารจัดการผลประโยชน์ทางเศรษฐกิจในอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มน้ำโขงได้อย่างเต็มที่ (2) เพื่อใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการช่วงชิงบทบาทนำในอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มน้ำโขงจากมหาอำนาจนอกภูมิภาค และ (3) เพื่อใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการส่งเสริมอำนาจทางเศรษฐกิจของตนให้แข็งแกร่งขึ้น โดยในท้ายที่สุด กรอบความร่วมมือนี้จะช่วยสนับสนุนให้จีนสามารถก้าวขึ้นมาเป็นมหาอำนาจ (Dominant power) ที่ได้รับการยอมรับจากประชาคมโลกได้อย่างเต็มภาคภูมิ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงปริมาณ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณภาพชีวิตการทํางานกับแรงจูงใจในการทํางานของข้าราชการตํารวจสังกัดกองทะเบียนพล สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ และนำผลการศึกษามาใช้เป็นแนวทางและข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนาปรับปรุงคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของข้าราชการตํารวจ เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ข้าราชการตํารวจสังกัดกองทะเบียนพล สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ จํานวน 137 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของตัวแปรด้วย Independent Samples t-test และ One-Way ANOVA/ F-test ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทํางานของข้าราชการตํารวจสังกัดกองทะเบียนพล สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean = 3.41, S.D.= 0.23) แรงจูงใจในการทำงานของข้าราชการตํารวจสังกัดกองทะเบียนพลสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean = 3.26, S.D.= 0.15) ส่วนการเปรียบเทียบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของข้าราชการตำรวจสังกัดกองทะเบียนพล สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติกับแรงจูงใจในการทำงานพบว่า เพศ อายุ อายุราชการ ระดับการศึกษา และชั้นยศ ที่แตกต่างกัน มีระดับแรงจูงใจในการทำงานไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนหน่วยงานที่สังกัดต่างกัน มีระดับแรงจูงใจในการทำงานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยข้าราชการตำรวจฝ่ายอำนวยการ ทพ. มีระดับแรงจูงใจในการทำงานน้อยกว่าฝ่ายความชอบ ทพ. และน้อยกว่าฝ่ายประเมิน ทพ. คุณภาพชีวิตการทํางานมีความสัมพันธ์กับแรงจูงใจในการทํางานของข้าราชการตํารวจสังกัดกองทะเบียนพล สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 (r = 0.421) และพบว่าคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานด้านความสมดุลระหว่างการทำงานและชีวิตส่วนตัว ด้านความเกี่ยวข้องอันเป็นประโยชน์ต่อสังคม และด้านความมีระเบียบกฎเกณฑ์และความเป็นธรรมในการปฏิบัติงาน มีอิทธิพลส่งผลต่อระดับแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

การศึกษาวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลโครงการฝึกอบรม : กรณีศึกษา หลักสูตรการพัฒนาข้าราชการบรรจุใหม่ กรมศุลกากร ตามแบบจำลองซิปป์ (CIPP Model) ในด้านสภาวะแวดล้อม ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า และด้านกระบวนการ ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อด้านผลผลิตของโครงการฝึกอบรม โดยกำหนดรูปแบบการศึกษาเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ผู้วิจัยดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรการพัฒนาข้าราชการบรรจุใหม่ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2562 กรมศุลกากร จำนวน 245 คน ตอบแบบสอบถามกลับมาจำนวน 235 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 95.92 ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้ทำการวิเคราะห์และประมวลผลข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่า t-test การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์และการถดถอย โดยกำหนดค่านัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมที่มีเพศ อายุ และระดับการศึกษาที่แตกต่างกัน มีระดับผลผลิตของโครงการฝึกอบรมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ในขณะที่ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมที่มีประสบการณ์ทำงานที่ผ่านมาแตกต่างกัน ระดับผลผลิตของโครงการฝึกอบรมไม่แตกต่างกัน และการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อด้านผลผลิตของโครงการ พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการ (Beta = 0.579) ปัจจัยด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า (Beta = 0.200) และปัจจัยด้านสภาวะแวดล้อม (Beta = 0.188) มีอิทธิพลในทิศทางบวกต่อผลผลิตของโครงการฝึกอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

This chapter outlines some of the ways in which the integration of games and gamified activities directly impact student motivation in the classroom. It discusses how games naturally align with the principles of both motivational design and backward design and offers an overview of some of the free and open source options that can assist instruction librarians in creating their first games. Background: The Healthy People 2020 initiative aims to reduce health disparities, including alcohol use, among sexual minority women (SMW; eg, lesbian, bisexual, queer, and pansexual). Compared with heterosexual women, SMW engage in more hazardous drinking and report more alcohol-related problems. Sexual minority stress (ie, the unique experiences associated with stigmatization and marginalization) has been associated with alcohol use among SMW. Among heterosexuals, relationship factors (eg, partner violence and drinking apart vs together) have also been associated with alcohol use. Drawing upon the spillover-crossover model, this study examined the extent to which one's work time demands spilled over to the family domain, and crossed over to his or her spouse, utilizing data of 365 dual-earner couples from the 500 Family Study. The results of the distinguishable actor-partner interdependence model indicated that there was gender symmetry in the spillover processes such that the effects of work hours were identical between men and women. Further, although there was more bi-directional crossover between partners within couples, we observed some unidirectional crossover from husbands to wives. Specifically, husbands only increased their contribution to domestic …

Using an online survey of academics at 55 randomly selected institutions across the US and Canada, we explore priorities for publishing decisions and their perceived importance within review, promotion, and tenure (RPT). We find that respondents most value journal readership, while they believe their peers most value prestige and related metrics such as impact factor when submitting their work for publication. Respondents indicated that total number of publications, number of publications per year, and journal name recognition were the most valued factors in RPT. Executive Summary

Over the past three years, we have monitored the global organization of social media manipulation by governments and political parties. Our 2019 report analyses the trends of computational propaganda and the evolving tools, capacities, strategies, and resources.

1. Evidence of organized social media manipulation campaigns which have taken place in 70 countries, up from 48 countries in 2018 and 28 countries in 2017. In each country, there is at least one political party or government agency using social media to shape public attitudes domestically.

As a result of the Open Access (OA) movement, it is undeniable that all over the world there are many completed and ongoing projects of institutional repositories (IR) as a new alternative for scientific communication.
