This paper discuses the e-Resources deposited in the Tamil Nadu Digital Library (TNDL) project by the participating Universities .The major of objective of the study is to analysis the contributions of the e-Resources by 13 State Universities in the Digital Repository (DR).The relevant data were extracted from website of Tamil Nadu Digital Library (http://www.tndigitallibrary.ac.in). This research study aims to focus towards the application or evaluation of Web 2.0 tools in State University Libraries of India. The present study deals with the extent usage of Web 2.0 in State University Libraries of India.This research used content analysis based on quantitative and qualitative data which is collected by website observation and questionnaire method. Purpose: The purpose of the study is to evaluate the selected open access electronic thesis and dissertation repositories based on the selected parameters like Visual interface, search features, format, registration and alerting services.

The books selected or recommended by librarians in all public university LibGuides were identified and compared with those of NWU Library and Information Services-Mafikeng Campus. The study focused on the implication of the introduction of new academic programs on the resources of Balme Library in the University of Ghana, Legon. The case study methodology was used with a study population of 47 staff constituting both senior members and senior staff of Balme Library and the Director of Academic Affairs respectively. The study investigate the citation pattern of undergraduate projects in a private university, Nigeria. Bibliometric method was adopted for the study to analyze the information sources cited in the research projects. The coverage of the study was from 2015 to 2018 set of graduates. Findings revealed that Animal Science programme accounted for the highest citations, while Agricultural Economics had the lowest citations. It was also discovered that an average of 49 citations per project were recorded. Journal articles and books were the most cited materials. The paper concluded and made recommendations.
