The paper considered leadership and innovation behaviours in the academic libraries of the 21st century. Based on an extensive review of literature it explored concepts in leadership behavior that can engender innovation in academic libraries. Investigating The Relational Element Of Trust In Teacher-Principal Relationships: An Autoethnographic Case Study, Angela Bradley

This autoethnographic case study was designed to investigate the relational aspect of trust, a characteristic of servant leadership, in the teacher-principal relationship. This trusting bond is an often overlooked, foundational element of a school’s success. I examined the role that trust plays in enhancing a school’s culture and how trust is established and maintained among one principal and teachers under my supervision. In addition, as researcher, I sought to uncover specific indicators that trust was present on a school campus. Finally, I sought to examine trust’s effects on collaboration and organizational commitment.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of archival policies in the Directorate General of Regional Autonomy, Ministry of Home Affairs (Ditjen Otonomi Daerah Kemendagri). This research was conducted using a postpositivist approach and qualitative data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that almost all the variables of policy implementation support the archival implementation at the Directorate General of Regional Autonomy. This study aims to analyze the development of the topic of digital archives in order to find solutions to various problems in managing digital archives with the risks caused by the creation of digital archives. The method used is literature review related to digital archives published between 1982 and 2022 taken from Scopus database. “Digital archives” is used as a keyword to reach relevant publications. VOSviewer was applied to perform a bibliometric analysis of this article. Abstract: Censorship has become more prevalent in Chinese cultural and social life since the 1989 Tiananmen Square Massacre. Modern commentary on Chinese censorship focuses on news media and Internet, but neglects print books, which is part of a broader crackdown on dissent. To fill this gap, the project aims to map the contours of book censorship in China during the past 30 years. The study examines and explores the websites of 20 private engineering colleges in North India through a webometric analysis. The data have collected through the Google search engine. Webometrics is a tool for measuring the impact of the web. This study investigates the domain systems of the websites, analysis the number of web pages and link pages, and calculates the internal and external links. The result found that the Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS), Pilani with 65 (7.20%), ranks first with the highest Domain Authority, and Amity University Noida leads with the highest Page Authority of 84 (7.22%). …

The Role Of Leaders' Motivation, Entrepreneurial Leadership, And Organisational Agility In Social Enterprise Sustainability, Brian Karno Jan, Mira Maulida

Research Aims: Expand the insights for social enterprises (SEs) to sustain their economic and social performance, considering the impact of leader’s motivation, entrepreneurial leadership, organisational agility, and competitive advantage.
Design/Methodology/Approach: The dataset was obtained from a survey of 102 SE strategic leaders in Indonesia, which was processed using PLS and SEM to test the hypothesis.
Research Findings: Motivation has a positive effect on entrepreneurial leadership but not on organisational agility. Entrepreneurial leadership has tridirectionally relationships with organisational agility, competitive advantage, and social firm performance. Organisational agility has bidirectional relationships with competitive advantage and economic firm performance, whereas competitive advantage only …
