This essay identifies some evolving trends and indicators triggering certain processes and suggests directions and solutions that seem to be emerging. Conditions before and reactions to the pandemic are influencing the process and the outcomes.

Presentation slides from a webinar presented on August 14, 2020.
In 2018 we were awarded a small grant to gather and assess student feedback regarding an accessible technology room in the library. Survey and student focus group data provided guidance for a number of physical and technology-related changes that were subsequently applied to the accessible technology room. In 2019 we were awarded another small grant to collect additional student feedback to help us evaluate the success of those upgrades and to help us determine what additional changes might be needed to make this space an optimally active and accessible research …
