Ransomware Gangs And Hacktivists: Cyber Threats To Governments In Latin America, Juan Manuel Aguilar Antonio

This report assesses ransomware gangs and hacktivists the main cybersecurity threat to Latin American governments. These groups employ advanced encryption and data exfiltration techniques, exploit software vulnerabilities, and use detection evasion methods. They are highly adaptable and capable of quickly modifying their tactics in response to new cyber defenses. They operate regionally, targeting objectives in multiple countries and sectors.

Children in the United States today are consuming television at a vastly higher rate than we have seen before (Sigman, 2012). Due to this hands off approach, there has been an increase in parents' cognition of what television their children are consuming which includes both entertainment television or educational television. The researchers highlighted the importance of teaching proper interpersonal conflict resolution to children through the television they are consuming as they learn through all observations. Diabetes remains a significant health concern in the United States, with millions affected and at risk. Despite the known benefits of diabetes education programs, barriers such as accessibility and engagement persist. To address these challenges, Utah State University Extension developed the Diabetes Cook Along (DCA) program and conducted a study to determine the feasibility of implementing these classes in community settings. The DCA curriculum is based on national standards and emphasizes changes in dietary and lifestyle components critical for diabetes management. Chronic absenteeism due to educational neglect is a prevalent social need in the state of Utah. Thousands of children in Utah are falling through the cracks of the system that is designed for their success and it is imperative that Utah’s State Legislature examines this dilemma more closely. It is recommended that the legislature examine real cases of educational neglect and realize how current decision making and policy framework is impacting the future success of Utah’s children. Though Hildegard of Bingen (1098-1179), Benedictine Abbess and polymath, canonized and proclaimed Doctor of the Church in 2012, has been named a patron of ecology, only fragments of her ecological philosophy exist. This article attempts to introduce Hildegard’s polyphonic work by outlining her theology of viriditas as the green thread that connects her cosmological, anthropological, and ethical theory and to show how it constructs the relationship between humanity and creation as a cosmic partnership.
