In 2018 the UVU Fulton Library partnered with Institutional Research to run a Library Research Focus Group. They had 15 participants in two sessions. Students gave feedback on what was stressful about research, where they looked for help, and what barriers they experienced asking for help in the library. Using detailed qualitative data the Fulton Library addressed student concerns in instruction, wayfinding, and marketing reference services differently to tackle students’ needs.

The human visual system uses binocular disparity to perceive depth within 3D scenes. It is commonly assumed that the visual system needs oculomotor information about the relative orientation of the two eyes to perceive depth on the basis of binocular disparity. The necessary oculomotor information can be obtained from an efference copy of the oculomotor signals, or from a 2D distribution of the vertical disparity, specifically, from the vertical component of binocular disparity. This study surveyed the attitude of students towards computerized library services at Ibrahim Babangida Library (IBL) Modibbo Adama University of Technology, (MAUTech) Yola, Adamawa State, Nigeria. Ophthalmologists – Eye Doctors working in academic eye hospitals confront various barriers in their information use. The purpose of this study is to investigate the barriers of ophthalmologists in their information use.

Methodology:

The study design is cross sectional and convenience sampling method is adopted. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data. SPSS 18 PASW Statistical package was used for statistical analysis. This paper examines the publications of IITs, which have been available and indexed in ResearchGate, Web of Science, Scopus and Indian Citation Index databases. The data for the study have been taken out from two websites there are National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) and ResearchGate. A total number of 47,380 publications have been indexed in Web of Science, Scopus and Indian Citation Index databases and 46,729 publications are available in the ResearchGate. The study found that more number of publication are available in ResearchGate.

This study investigated the influence of information technology skills on library patronage by undergraduate students in South-west Nigerian universities. A descriptive research design of the ex-post facto was adopted using a sample size of 1527 selected out of the total population of 239,048 undergraduate students in the universities. This paper presents a bibliometric overview of Indian researchers publications published on “Solid Waste” in the Web of Science database from 2008 to 2017. Several aspects have been analyzed in the study; such as the growth and distribution of solid waste research in India, the most productive organization/institution in India, authorship pattern, document type, the high frequency of authors’ keywords, measuring the source of publications, and the international collaboration in India’s research output and so on.
