A Bibliometric Study Of Global Feminism Research Based On Scopus Database, S.B. Patil

The present study analyzed 11681 global publications on feminism published from 2000 to 2017. The Scopus citation database was used to extract the required data. After analysis of the data it is found that the highest contribution in feminism research takes the form of journal articles. It is observed that the publications are steadily growing. The top 15 countries accounted for as much as 83 % global publications share. The United States topped the list with highest share (37.45%) of publications. The highest Relative Citation Impact (RCI) is contributed by London School of Economics and Political Science. The highly preferred …

Aim: The aim of this study is to assess the reading habit practices of Filipino community working in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Method: A cross-sectional survey was conducted through a self-administrated structured questionnaire from September to November 2019 at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Fifty questionnaires have been distributed to Filipino nationals having a bachelor's degree and at least two years of stay in KSA.

This research work studied the challenges of lecturers towards the use of institutional repositories (IRs) in university libraries in South East, Nigeria. A descriptive survey research design, the population of the study was 167, 32 and the sample size was 305 lecturers respectively. This paper discusses the availability of the open access repositories available in the World and Asian Countries which are registered in OpenDOAR. And it further deals about the repositories by country wise, organisation by country, type, content and languages and various software. The relevant data were collected from DOAR and totally 5268 repositories are available in World. It found that the among the 5268 repositories, 898 from United States of America and it is first position and Japan occupies the second position with 546. It reveals from the table, India is the sixteenth position among the countries with 92 repositories.

A total of 45320 records were extracted from the Web of Science Database for twenty five years which is used as main source of primary data for the present study. The primary purpose of the present study is to explore the level of information literacy among the farmers with regards to agriculture at the Jind district of Haryana state in India. Survey method with accidental sampling is used, and data were collected from a total number of 52 farmers who lived in the two selected villages by using a self-structured questionnaire. The present study is conducted to analyze the accessibility, deterioration and half-life of URLs of web documents cited in Current Science Journal published during 2015 -2016. A total of 1724 URLs cited in the 1564 articles were examined. It was found that 56.67 percent of URLs were accessible at the time of testing and the remaining 43.33 per-cent of URLs were not accessible.
