The paper examined the role of information provision by librarians for the healthcare of depressed and non-depressed people. The objectives examined include: identifying the factors causing depression, examination of various ways in which librarians support healthcare givers and care of the depressed people with useful information. This study examines status of school libraries in state capitals in Nigeria, using Asaba, Delta state, Nigeria as a case study. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the status of East Azerbaijan Public Libraries' services to the users with disabilities. The population of the study consisted of 80 managers and supervisors of public libraries in East Azerbaijan province, Iran. A researcher-made questionnaire, inspired by the American Library Association checklist and the library access checklist (by IFLA) has been used for data gathering. Findings revealed that most of the public libraries in East Azerbaijan province (56.9%) lack sufficient budget for serving the disabled. In this article, an attempt has been made to investigate whether differently abled persons effectively using public library services or not. For the study, 50 questionnaires were distributed to differently abled persons and finally 43 (86%) questionnaires were considered for analysis based on the merit of the filled questionnaires. The analysis of the data revealed that, differently abled persons use City Central Library services very rarely and majority rather all of them were physically disabled persons. Evaluation of website usability is very essential to ensure good use and access to the content of the website. The study assessed the usability of library websites in Universities in South-South Nigeria. Eleven University library websites were identified and examined for the study. The study used an analytical survey method to collect data. A usability checklist was adopted for the study. The study evaluated the projects submitted to the library from Chemistry Department, Environmental Science and Toxicology and Physics Department of Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun, Delta State. The research method adopted for this study was citation analysis. A total of 348 projects were submitted to the library from departments understudy from 2015-2017. The findings showed that that physics department had the highest number of project reports submitted and highest number of citations while Chemistry department had the lowest number of citations.
